Jennefer Jones the AVP of Mphasis an HP company does not have a basic degree to start off with. He tortures employees and portrays a good image infront of his bosses Mr Rajesh Rao and Mr Gopinathan. He has stolen company property like TV's and X-Box's which you can still find in his house. He also steal client money and shows fake bills to the company for re-imbursement. To save attrition rate, he terminates or shows AWAI for employees. Tampers with client reports and company reports to show the process is doing well. He forces managers to meet him for weekends and makes them pay the bill. He is the BLACK DICTATOR in Indigo. Several complaints have gone against him to the VP's and Presidents and HR's but no action has been taken to him. I am serving my notice period but receive constant threats of termination and never to get a job again anywhere. If there is justice anywhere, he will be punished

I had applied for withdrawal of my PF(Acct number KN/16573/4499) at PF office, Bommasandra,Bangalore during March 2012.I'm yet to get my PF amount / any update from PF office on the status.It is been a long time I have waited and there is no luck when I call PF office to enquire on the status.Nobody picks the call / responds.

Can you pls help me to get the PF amount as early as possible.

I am janki chauhan was an ex employee of the mphasis company (22 June 2009 to 20 may 2011)at vadodara, I had sent my pf withdrawal form through speed post (suggested by customer care of mphasis) in the month of January 2012 to your Banglore office yet i have not received any amount in my sbi bank account. Please send the status of my PF amount ASAP. I have contacted h.r guy-es but they people did not respond properly even they were not providing proper info of how to apply the p.f withdrawal .

my name is akram pasha i worked for mphasis company for almost two years my employ code was 2064877. i applied for PFclaim eight months back yet i have not recived i spoke with mphasis there are saying that they have already send the aknowledgement to PF OFFICE.when i went PF office i was told that my PF # gave by mphasis KN/25073/20879 is belonged to other person by name harish.again i spoke with with employer(mphasis}.i was told to send complaint to you people.pls suggest me what to do.

Dear, I had applied for EPF withdrawal and received by EPF banglore office on 04.06.2011 as ( displayed on epf web.) as per norms it should be issued in 90 working days but till date i had not received. pl. lead us the procedure to fight..

I am an ex-employee of Mphasis Emp-Id 2120041 I had raised ticket no. 359780 for issue of skillset letter to be submitted to Canadian Embassy for visa processing. There is delay for issue of this letter stating for managers approval. My manager has left the company and instead of sending mails to operational manager there is no response from anyone. Hi,
I was working with Mphasis an HP Company from 20th June'07 to 14th April'11. My PF Number is "KN/16573/10383", I Submitted my PF Application form on 17th July'11 as per the guidance received from the Mphasis HR helpdesk associate but missed to elcose the cancelled cheque. After confirming the same with the Mphasis HR helpdesk associate i sent the cancelled cheque along with a letter on 23rd July'11. Between 30th July'11 to 27th September'11 i called them more than 10 times to get status updates and everytime they assured me that thay have my PF application form and the cancelled cheque and would send it to the PF office in Oct'11 due to workload on the Govt org. On 3 calls that i made to them specifically i confirmed that they have checked my application form and everything is order and the HR Helpdesk associate confirmed the same. However when i called them on 27th Sept'11 i was told that a tracker was updated on 26th Sept'11 and it mentioned that the cheque was not enclosed and the form missed signature at one place and was not in the correct format.
I wish to lodge a complaint as to why was not informed about the same on my previous calls to the helpdesk, I have wasted 2 months waiting for a response and would need to wait another 6 months to get my earned PF money since the process would start all over again and people could not do their basic job.
I would also like to highlight a point that 2 of colleges who filled their PF application form after me and having their PF office centres at different locations (for one in Pune & for the 2nd at Delhi) are treated differently. My College who's PF was in Pune office has already received the PF amount and he Individual who has his PF with Delhi office has his application with the PF department.
I m in need to money desperately and Mphasis is not helping to my cause. This has been a mental harrsement.

Hello team,

I am prabavathi. I was with Mphasis hp company ltd. an year back and finally the company agreed to clear my PF in the month of july 2011. Sent the necessary documentation to the company for PF claim in july 2011 the same was not submitted to the PFO until 18 Feb 2011. After that I have been trying to contact the office to know the status and I am not able to find anybody to give me info. I was given a number by the co. to contact.[protected]and the[protected] out of which the first number is out of service and the second number rings but no responce. I tried to reach out to my prev co. but they are not ready to take up resposibility to help me further from this. It is close to 123 days from the date of submission and still no clearance to the bank. and no update what so ever. My Co. SAP no.2121898 and the PF no. (KN/25075/56205),
. Please help me know the status or guide me with a contact to know the status. I need the money.
