I submitted an application with filled Form 19 and 10C for PF withdrawal along with all the required documents to Mphasis Limited. It was received by Mphasis on 19/08/2013. I got a reply from them on 28/08/2013 that my contributions along with interest accumulated with PF Office will be transferred to Mphasis PF Trust, only after that they can process my application and it will take another 6 months for processing, till that time my application will be put on hold. My PF number is KN/16573/59522. I request you to kindly intervene and ensure the transfer of money to my account as soon as possible, as I am in dire need of money and cannot wait for such a long time to receive it.

I, Himanshu Aggarwal, Employee id: 2185511, have been an employee of the company from June 2011 till December 18, 2012. I was terminated from the organization as they did not have the projects. I was not given any notice period and was terminated on the same day. But in the F&F Settlement, I have not been given salary for the two months notice period, that should have been given to me by the management. I request you to kindly look into this and give me two months salary towards the 2 months notice period according to agreement, as it is a case of immediate termination and getting away with the notice period.

Hi,
I joined Mphasis and was working as Sr Customer Support for the past one year. My empl nbr :(215927). Suddenly the process was taken back by the client and we were out of jobs. However, the process where i was working along with management took decision and gave all jobs. But a lot of politics were played and all were placed in voice process as we were hired for voice process, however a small chunk were give jobs in non-voice process. Interviews were conducted and we were selected. We thought we can manage in non voice as we have been doing work in voice process. However i was not able to manage and perform in the same process. According to the rules of Mhapsis it clearly says that if the agent or advisor is not able to perform or any skill set mismatch should be given other opportunity or moved to some other process. I have approached my TL, Ops, and even PHD (Process delivery head). Who denied me any help, instead they gave me time frame where if i dont perform i would be terminated. (However the policies clearly states should be given or moved to other process). They made me to put down papers by lot of pressure in the non-voice process. I was given a different domain completely... I was working for a banking domain for almost 3 years. I contacted VP of HR who said cannot do... I put on Bench, where the time frame was only 14 days.. including weekends or holidays. There was a dedicated team to handle such candidates. but no one bothered to call me. I had called me every day without fail.. But the response was not very good from the rehiring team member. Now the previous TL has put the re-hiring as no for me.. Where i was not given a chance as per the policy of Mhpasis or didn't even extend the date of the HR website of Mphasis which could have been done by the either the (TL or the Ops Mngr) If they would have extended the date or cancelled it... Others or some of them from our process were on bench for almost 8 months and was paid for that... Just sitting at home they got salaries.. Mphasis has not given equal opportunities as they mention almost every where. All i want is i given another opportunity in some other process to work with the company.

Jennefer Jones the AVP of Mphasis an HP company does not have a basic degree to start off with. He tortures employees and portrays a good image infront of his bosses Mr Rajesh Rao and Mr Gopinathan. He has stolen company property like TV's and X-Box's which you can still find in his house. He also steal client money and shows fake bills to the company for re-imbursement. To save attrition rate, he terminates or shows AWAI for employees. Tampers with client reports and company reports to show the process is doing well. He forces managers to meet him for weekends and makes them pay the bill. He is the BLACK DICTATOR in Indigo. Several complaints have gone against him to the VP's and Presidents and HR's but no action has been taken to him. I am serving my notice period but receive constant threats of termination and never to get a job again anywhere. If there is justice anywhere, he will be punished

I had applied for withdrawal of my PF(Acct number KN/16573/4499) at PF office, Bommasandra,Bangalore during March 2012.I'm yet to get my PF amount / any update from PF office on the status.It is been a long time I have waited and there is no luck when I call PF office to enquire on the status.Nobody picks the call / responds.

Can you pls help me to get the PF amount as early as possible.

I am janki chauhan was an ex employee of the mphasis company (22 June 2009 to 20 may 2011)at vadodara, I had sent my pf withdrawal form through speed post (suggested by customer care of mphasis) in the month of January 2012 to your Banglore office yet i have not received any amount in my sbi bank account. Please send the status of my PF amount ASAP. I have contacted h.r guy-es but they people did not respond properly even they were not providing proper info of how to apply the p.f withdrawal .

not received EPF since long time and not even updates.



Dear, I had applied for EPF withdrawal and received by EPF banglore office on 04.06.2011 as ( displayed on epf web.) as per norms it should be issued in 90 working days but till date i had not received. pl. lead us the procedure to fight..

I am an ex-employee of Mphasis Emp-Id 2120041 I had raised ticket no. 359780 for issue of skillset letter to be submitted to Canadian Embassy for visa processing. There is delay for issue of this letter stating for managers approval. My manager has left the company and instead of sending mails to operational manager there is no response from anyone.
