Dear sir/madam,

We would like to inform you that one of your company street electric pole which has high voltage wire is situated along with our premises wall window.
It's not safe for us due to electric wires with wall.
Building construction is so old, we would like to repair our premises but due to that poll nobody want to repair that premises.

Tata Power Solar — solar panel out of order for 3 months

The solar panel is out of order and per your technical staff it requires replacement of parts and the same we are told is dispatched but not reached our end. This complaint remains for over 3 months and for want of spares the production of energy is affected. Since we are told on prompt back end service we had to go for tata solar panel. Now with the inordinate delay in recommissioning the same i have to run from pillar to post. But all my previous complaints have fallen on deaf ears. Regrettably the complaint is not yet rectified....

I am having a 1 kw tata solar power system which i have purchased from anert. After toll free complaint a technician attended my complaint and the problem seems to be solved for one day, after that the solar unit became completely dead for the last 15 days. Several times i have been informed through toll free number and also contacted the service person, but nobody attended my problem yet.

Respected sir / madam

I want to tell you sir. I have to reconstruct my house. So that pole no - 503-99/9/2/4 is blocking my house.
Therefore, it is your request that tpddl should shift or remove this pole from here. And make it difficult to put it aside.
So that i do not have any kind of obstruction.

As a family member i request you to please shift electric pole which is very near to my house and its very harmful to family persons. We allready faced bad accidents so please help us.

Tata Power Solar — maintenance - batteries of solar power installations [Resolved]

I have installed tata power solar system on my house in palakkad, kerala state, bearing registration no.18765. The system is functioning normally, but for the floats of the batteries started sinking, leading to erratic indication of the electrolite level. The matter was reported weeks before through phone [protected], and alloted the complaint no.4368. None attended to replace the defective floats till date, instead of my repeated request. Please do needful at the earliest before the batteries render unfit to use. Thank you.

I have applied temporary electric meter in the name of my mother, Smt. Lalpati Devi vide Notification No.[protected] in the month of February 2018. I have also paid Rs. 33427/- on 28/02/2018 against the demand note issued by TPDDL. But electric meter has not installed till six months. I have contact to customer care many times but neither our electric meter has installed nor any response by the TPDDL. I have requested to the concern official/officer look into the matter carefully and electric meter may be installed as soon as possible....

Please all of you friends, please collect the complete details of you conversation and phone numbers from which you got calls and write down the bank accounts in a detailed police f. I. R. Against such fraud people. The cyber crime branch of police makes the possible efforts to grab such gangs fooling needy people around, and will be caught red handed by the police department. Please use your all thoughtful brains also, to tackle such kind of people in your life situations also, this important move can save many people like us also....

I am shocked to receive the above bill amounting to rs 8483 for the month of april, 2018. Our room was unoccupied till november 2017. Since our occupation from mid november 17, for two months our meter was showing correct reading (Around 90 units per month).in feb 18 our consumption dropped due to lesser usage of electricity.in april the meter started malfunctioning as it showed huge consumption of 613 units. Therefore, it was replaced by the company. Thereafter, the new meter has recorded consumption of 25 units.

This is to bring to your kind notice and information that their is one electric pole right in front of my house which is very much unsafe their was a spark in the pole which is very dangerous to, my family all wires are open there is no safety to the people who are the resident of the area .

Iwould like to suggest that the wires should be underground else shift the pole to the corner of the society....

I inform you that gulshan belong ti the vill. Ghoga, rajput mohalla, narela-39 and the biller name us ran singh. The name of gulshan whose have setup a atta chakki at there home last 1year and they theft the electricity early in the morning to midnight 10 pm and there bill generate every month only 200/- to 250/- after running of chakki full day. I humbly requested you to please see your self. We had applied for 3 phase line (I. E. For load extension) on 29th september, 2017.
The maximum time within which the work had to be done was 2 billing cycles. It has been more than 100 days now.
We have been following up through the customer relationship center frequently.
Even they have been sending constant mails to the back office. However no action has been taken.

Hi team,

I have registered multiple complain done the time i have join tata power from reliance.

Customer experience is really pathetic as they always have turnaround time of 90 mins for any complain been registered.

Technician does not call us once services have been restored.

I have registered 3 complain for no power and 2 low voltage complain till date.

Last night i registered a complain for low voltage complain no [protected] at 01:30 am with a turnaround time of 90 mins i called them again at 03:30 am was given turnaround...

Tata Power — Hike of meter reading for Billing & interest on security deposit

while going through your monthly bill, we understand that you were charging meter reading is higher than actual reading.

what is reason for charging (approx. 10 unit to 25 or more unit) increased meter reading ?

YOUR OTHER COMPATITOR ARE NEVER DOING MALFUNCTION IN METER READING.

why are u not proving interest on security deposit? If you are not proving interest on security deposit. why are you collecting security deposit?
