M/S Adi sakti solar p ltd of bhubaneswar has taken up instalation of solar pannels on our roof top. We hv signed agreement and paid advance rs.6000/- and bank has sanctioned 1, 29, 000/- and they hv received the amount on 18/3/26. After repeated follow up they send materials to my house. After that they are not coming for commissioning. They only taking time .every day i m following. It damages the image of Tata solar image in market....

Tata power solar ke solar panel cunsumer Ke yahan install kiye gye the, unme side se cracks aa gye hain. Panels physically damaged ho gye hain, jiski wajah se proformance par bhi effect pad raha hai. Installation hue 10month hi hue h . or 10 month me hi ye issue dekhnw ko mila.

We had purchased your solar panel products last month but this product is not working properly it's parts trips automatically

Kept raising concern from past 4months with solar dealer office in shimoga but no proper response and no solution till date.

It supposed ro generate 600units for 5kw
But from past 4months it's getting generated only 300 to 370units
Worsted service from Tata solar panel.
Whoever asks we can say don't go for Tata as ders no service and no proper power generator after a year.

Dealer in shimoga suresh shenoy irresponsible, always he says I will send Technician but no one comes.
Technician Gangadhar visited once and told check tomorrow and let us know if not 20units generated later we inform only 12units getting generated no visit no response he don't receive call.

It's been one and half year still they haven't enabled GPS nd mobile tracking, they always say next week we Wil get u.

Dear reader's and specially government everything is getting expensive day by day
Electricity bills are rising sky high like never before in a decade. Energy charges are 3000 then taxes and all other charges makes the bill amount to 5700, if energy charges are 2000 then bill amounts to 4700. Really we miss those old days where BSES used to supply electricity at a very reasonable price.. Tata Power Reliance energy and Adani power have become very expensive for middle class people..
It's a request to all the electricity giants to make rates reasonable and look into the matter as these are all necessities and not luxuries that if we can afford or not..

I am previous Employee in TATA Power Solar from Adecco i have resigned to my job i got my full settlement but i didn't receive my 11 days pending notice period as i have taken early reliving from my Reporting manager that HR did nt spoke anything but i am struck with this salary pending i have tried a lot but no response from addeco side. i have not taken any leave or holidays during my work time nobody consider that i used to stay in site for around 14 hours no body consider all this things in policy but during deductions everything is considered in policy

On 01.04.2022 I got a quotation from Tata's channel partner Dilip Motors having PO number S/G001/22 - 23 for Solar 5 kW 3 phase on grid complete system.
After which I was asked to share my present electricity bill.
So, I presented and sent my current electricity bill of the month of March 2022 through whatsapp...

I had placed an enquiry. I did not receive a call from the company and then again I placed another enquiry, the customer support person asks me to take a note of a number and call them myself, that isn't the purpose of filling a form and giving all the information, just to hear such an response from the company's end. As a working professional, the process is very time consuming and am not really happy with the customer support.
This makes me wonder if I'd be getting a proper support after the purchase when really in immediate needs.

I am trying to register my complaint to tata solar customer care number but iti always busy it seems they are making fool to people as it is not free any time

Roof top solar project not at all functioning. Complaint made through phone 13 days back but issue not yet rectified and the authorities are not picking the phone at all. Technician inspected the site and told the invertor is not working. Need to replace the invertor . But no further response yet .

As our solar plant rooftop is not working

I have applied for 5 KV Roof top TATA solar installation in MARCH 2022. Turvey was conducted in May 2022. There was lot of delay in supply of Panels and other items. Instead of 3 phase components SINGLE phase components where supplied on 23 Dec 2022 .Complaints has given through customer care by phone and Email. And personally contacted Mr. Vimal Unni. distribution head Kerala. For last one year My money is held up and the space is occupied by the items without installation. The structure work is completed in Feb 2023.Till date NO RESPONCE from the authorities.

A complaint of the inverter was lodged on 4 - 4 - 2023. Technician inspected the same and the board was taken by him for replacement.But till date the problem has not been resolved.I humbly request for a speedy action in this matter.

Inverter failure was reported on 4 - 4 2023 through phone technician inspected it and the board was taken away by him for replacement.Now I am very sorry to inform that till date the problem hasn't solved.I humbly request to rectify my complaint.

I have installed an on-grid solar panel 3kb in 2018 by unique energy kottayam. This is the 8th time it has not working properly. First 3 times the engineer said the problem with the inverter and it was changed last three times. But the problem still exit. Then the engineer said it is the problem with earthing. They have changed earthing in april 2020. However, the system is not working as it should be. Then they said it is problem with the invertor and installed a new one in 4months ago. Now the solar panel is not working again. Informed to the office but no one arrived to check. I want to know why this is keep on happening? We need to know the exat problem. Someone who knows should come and check it rather than sending a technician to solve the visible problem. Please send someone to find the cause why my solar always create problems. I believe the products are not meeting the quality. So I'm very disappointed with this. I would like you to consider this and please do the needful as early as possible.
