The Meter was not working for the month of Sept 2016 and was changed as no reading on it. The trend for past years shows consumption is high only during the month of Apr, May, June & at times in July. I had raised a concern regarding this but they say that Bill is charged based on Average. I am having a 1 kw tata solar power system which i have purchased on 2/5/2013 from anert. According to technician, one battery problems and we are not getting current more than two months. And several times i have been informed through toll free number and there was no response from your customer care. We are spending more than 100000 rs. Asper anert, 5 years warranty on batteries and every six month someone will check the system but until now no one came from local dealer. Anert reg number is srp/2012/000415.

The puf insulated tank is inflated and leaked. at the time of purchase I have so many options for solar water system but I have opted TATA as I have a trust and faith in TATA. I have also talk to customer care but they simply registered complaint. No concrete out come still date...

I had called the Tata Solar customer service and lodged a complaint about leaking pressurized tank 8 days ago. They refused to give me complaint number saying I will get it later. Nobody turned up and I am not sure what to do now. I cannot imagine a company like Tata having such lousy service; I am losing my patience and will think twice before I buy any products from Tata.

I have purchased duro sloar water heater system from adiya solar, canada corner nasik, on 9/11/2012. It performed well till 31st march 2016 i.E. Hot water tank started leaking heavily through external two connections.
I have lodged complaint on email address ' care@tatapower.com' cs though said dealer visited the site on 7th april 2016 and gave report along with all the documents to cs. Till date there is no action communicated from cs on email.
Nor mr. Chopde from cs reachable on mobile. He may have difficulties.
Kindly intervene to resolve the complaint. It seems it is hot...

From the last few months Tata Power has been sending me very high bills (consumer no:900000400919). I even sent them a written complaint but they never got back even though they gave me a date by when it will be resolved. for just a usage of 287 units this month they have charged me Rs 2000 which the bill says major chunk goes to Reliance for wheeling charges. Further to my complaint made on Oct 1 regarding leakage of TATA storage solar water tank. No reply so far. I wish to add that I made the first complaint with the vendor within six months of purchase. The vendor promptly sent a mechanic who stated that the water was not getting heated up due to air lock. Air lock was removed. Despite that, the water was not getting heated up sufficiently. I made another complaint to the vendor, who after visit to the site advised me to go for heating element. Even after using the heating element, water was warm and not so hot as should have been. I have purchased solar water heater from Solar Shoppe, SR Nagar, Hyderabad 18 months ago. Now leakage is observed from CWI and also from the blocked outlet (by the side of the heater element). I purely went by TATA brand and never expected that a repair will come so soon. I am being suggested to spend Rs.2000 for arresting the leak and if that does not materialise, welding for Rs.4000. In all, I have to spend Rs.6000 within 18 months of purchase just for having belief in TATA brand; that too no guarantee of arresting the leakage. Can You please suggest what to do....
