i m bharti chourasiya and i was an employee of mphasis indore and 10th of august i was leaved that orgenigation after that the hr manager of indore mphasis said that after 45 days i will get salary but now i didn,t get my salary and they all are not take any action .
so kindly request to u plz provide a solution how to i get my salary.

Hi,
I was working with Mphasis an HP Company from 20th June'07 to 14th April'11. My PF Number is "KN/16573/10383", I Submitted my PF Application form on 17th July'11 as per the guidance received from the Mphasis HR helpdesk associate but missed to elcose the cancelled cheque. After confirming the same with the Mphasis HR helpdesk associate i sent the cancelled cheque along with a letter on 23rd July'11. Between 30th July'11 to 27th September'11 i called them more than 10 times to get status updates and everytime they assured me that thay have my PF application form and the cancelled cheque and would send it to the PF office in Oct'11 due to workload on the Govt org. On 3 calls that i made to them specifically i confirmed that they have checked my application form and everything is order and the HR Helpdesk associate confirmed the same. However when i called them on 27th Sept'11 i was told that a tracker was updated on 26th Sept'11 and it mentioned that the cheque was not enclosed and the form missed signature at one place and was not in the correct format.
I wish to lodge a complaint as to why was not informed about the same on my previous calls to the helpdesk, I have wasted 2 months waiting for a response and would need to wait another 6 months to get my earned PF money since the process would start all over again and people could not do their basic job.
I would also like to highlight a point that 2 of colleges who filled their PF application form after me and having their PF office centres at different locations (for one in Pune & for the 2nd at Delhi) are treated differently. My College who's PF was in Pune office has already received the PF amount and he Individual who has his PF with Delhi office has his application with the PF department.
I m in need to money desperately and Mphasis is not helping to my cause. This has been a mental harrsement.

Hello team,

I am prabavathi. I was with Mphasis hp company ltd. an year back and finally the company agreed to clear my PF in the month of july 2011. Sent the necessary documentation to the company for PF claim in july 2011 the same was not submitted to the PFO until 18 Feb 2011. After that I have been trying to contact the office to know the status and I am not able to find anybody to give me info. I was given a number by the co. to contact.[protected]and the[protected] out of which the first number is out of service and the second number rings but no responce. I tried to reach out to my prev co. but they are not ready to take up resposibility to help me further from this. It is close to 123 days from the date of submission and still no clearance to the bank. and no update what so ever. My Co. SAP no.2121898 and the PF no. (KN/25075/56205),
. Please help me know the status or guide me with a contact to know the status. I need the money.

I have submitted my PF cliam on 7th of Jan 2011, but havent got any reaponse. The company HR department says that the claim has been submitted to the banglore PF office. Now i live in Pune and it is not possible for me to travel to banglore to check the status of my PF cliam, when i check the websited nothing is updated there either.It is very sad to know that when you are working in Pune and your PF account is handeled by the PF office is banglore. Please let me know what needs to be done my PF account number is KN/25075/ 21185.

Because i ahaveworked in your organisation in obelix process ( prepaid) from dated 11/01/2010 to 19/02/2011 even i am worked notice period for 30days but not yet get the proper payment. i am having balance for 19days.even incentive of the month jan2011 and extramiler amount of month january

PF refund form was submitted on 20th Nov 2011 Mphasis HP company Pondicherry in the Regional PF Office Bangalore. Till date the refund is not given. Spoken to the PF office and was informed that it would be done in Last week on March. Now that deadline has also passed but there is no response from PF department Bangalore.

I was working in MPHASIS AN HP COMANY and after leaving MphasisI applied for PF withdrawal. Mphasis has filed my application for PF withdrawal on 14th May 2011 ( as per the acknowledgment receipt I have received) . As I came to know that PF office takes 60-90 days at the max to deposit this amount to the the account after processing the application. But, today its more then 90 days and I have not received my PF amount to my bank account.

Please help me out in getting my PF amount form the PF Bangalore PF office.

Till (14th feb 2011) my final settlement was not done and my service certificate is not given. I had submitted them PF withdraw forms and and now they are quoting they did n't receive the same.

If i need to pay something (legally) to company, they can inform. But they are unnecessarily holding my things and troubling me a lot.
