Dear Sir,
I was interviewed at emphasis approximately 2 months ago and the interview went well and I was given an offer for job along with the information on salary package. Things seemed to be finalized with only the pending formalities of background check and other documentation.

Prior to this interview, I was working in the USA with different clients and was employed with 2 different consulting companies.

There was one issue that I had. That was about my experience letter from my my previous employer (not the recent most) in the USA. I had an employment letter from that company which was generated specifically for the bank for loans and it contained information about my employment and salary, but this was not a general employment experience letter. I also provided the company with experience letters from my client. However, I was refused to be offered employment because of not having a 'general employment letter.

Below is the email that I received from the HR of Mphasis.

The present set of documents are insufficient for intiation of BV and we run the risk of your BV turning RED and being unable to hire you. Hence, we would require the letters for the employment for EBAS, without which we would not be able to proceed with your hiring.

Hi friends my name is # i work with mphasis in kalyaninagar with the usl process i have never seen such a ridiculus management than the one at usl the management sucks... They just do what they want they never see what the employees want the operations are very rude they never appriciate the gud work but if the stats go wrong they just f#k from top 2 bottom but no one objects as they pressurise the agents and the managers are ridicolus they are not friendly they are too rude and regarding the pdh that guy is in bangalore and never comes here he just comes once in a blue moon and gives blank promises and never fulfills them. Tell me friends is this called a management i call this a management they never take calls and just rome around... And regarding the breake's and logoff i have never got those on time nor the others... God save me from the untrained management or change the management o[censored]sl from pune...

Dear Sir,
With reference to my letter dtd. 13.08.2007 I the undersigned had wrote a letter regarding my PF settlement amount which is pending since 2005. I was working with Mphasis Pune from 1st November 2002 to 25th February 2005 after resigning from the said company I filled the PF settlement form twice before my referred letter, but no amount was settled on contacting my previous employer the reply was cheque/MO/ESC in respect of my PF settlement has been returned to your office due to some reason.
With reference to my letter dtd. 07.01.2008 I requested to reauthorization of returned cheque in respect of my PF A/c No. KN/25075/2396, then after your office issued me fresh PF withdrawal form by post which I again got it filled (i.e. for 3rd time) and submitted to my Ex. Employer i.e. Mphasis (Now EDS Pune) with all formalities, now since more than 1½ years passed after filling the PF form for the 3rd time I haven’t received my PF amount on calling my Ex. Employer they replied that not their responsibility to look after getting PF amount settled.
Sir, may I know whose responsibility is to settle my PF amount?
You are therefore once again requested to please look into my matter and get short it for which I am waiting for last 5 years.

Please Note: It has been told by my Ex. Employer that two cheques for amount Rs. 9307 & 3690/- dated 28.12.2005 were issued to me but while going through my bank statement from December 2005 to May 2006 it shows only one cheque of amount Rs. 3690/- was credited to my account on 15.02.2006 and other cheque of amount Rs. 9307/- has not been credited till date.
The said note has been written in my letter dtd. 07.01.2008 this is for your ready reference.

I (Srinivasarao Potnuru Emp ID 2057192) used to work in MphasiS till 3rd Nov 2009.
Till date (19th Jan 2010) my final settlement was not done and my service certificate is not given. I had submitted them PF withdraw forms and and now they are quoting they did n't receive the same.

If i need to pay something (legally) to company, they can inform. But they are unnecessarily holding my things and...

I Ujjal Baruah, ex-employee of Mphasis Limited, Noida, PF account no. KN/25075/37831 have not recieved the PF amount till now. I had filled the PF forms in March' 09 but till now the PF amount has not been transferred to my account. It has almost been 7 months. This is to update you that the PF form has been processed with the PF office on date July 28, 2009.

I will be thankful to you if the matter will be solved in a urgent basis and please reply me for the same.

Regarding PF released......

My incident reflects utter negligence on the part of Reliance Mutual Funds. I redeemed Media and Entertainment Fund in June 2009, as I urgently required money. I called the customer care and asked if they can send me DD/Cheque instead of direct credit as my bank account that was with them was closed. The only way that my bank details could be changed was sending them a written request. I was told it will not be possible to send the DD/Cheque. So I decided to revisit AMFI guidelines where I came to know that the redemption can be in any mode, DD/Cheque/Direct credit. When I brought this to the attention of customer care they agreed to send me the DD. The DD arrived after almost 2 months after following it up repeatedly.

Don't think that my woes ended here. I happily received the DD. But when I opened the cover, I was shocked to see the same old bank details printed on it (by this time my new bank details were also updated). The reason I requested a DD was because I closed the account with the old bank and still these guys sent me the DD with the details printed in the face of the DD. Then I was asked to submit the DD at the nearest branch and give a written request for new DD. I paid 200 bucks for the auto to go to their nearest branch and submitted the request. I submitted the request on Sep 19, 2009 and I was told within 7 working days the money should be credited to my new bank account. As of today (Oct 13, 2009) , the money is not credited yet. I raised a complaint a week ago and they said it would take 7 working days to give an update on the complaint. When I called them up yesterday, they still haven't received an update.

During all this, I always heard "I''m extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused" (That sounds like "you fool. you invested with us") and "I'd arrange a call back for you tomorrow" (Tomorrow never dies). I asked them to give a monetary compensation and they are not sure if such thing exists at all. I'm never again going to invest in Reliance Mutual Funds

Ram Here,this is the Second time i am facing the problem,donno problem with LIC department or Postal Department

i used to get premium Recipts before i pay the Premium Bills,this is like reminder to me
but last 2 bills they were not sending premium bills as well as they are putting penalty
this is rediculous that means customer did a mistake

Can you please some one suggist how can we follow up this

Mphasis an EDS company situated in vadodara not giving me proper response for my provident fund amount.

I did complaint on [protected]@mphasis.com regarding rude behaviour of HR dept. especially Arpit patel
assistant of HR dept. He told me there is no process of filling form to claim PF amount. I am providing
you one ID do your PF process with your own from it i.e. [protected]@mphasis.com. I did the application as per
he said to me. But finally from head office of mphasis banglore, I came to know I should fill application form
for that. Arpit Patel is behaving not properly with terminated labours when they approaching for PF process in
company in Vadodara.

I hope that you will take some appropriate action towards such company.

Provident money dedcuted from my salary was Rs 420/- and the equal amount of money was contributed by the employer. My name is jagat singh bisht and i was working with mphasis(Noida) and on 5 of May 2008 i submitted my pf form in mphasis Noida and they told me that with in 60 to 90 days my pf will be credited in my citibank account which was saving account open from the office end and after i left the job my citibank account was closed.And i am waiting till may still my pf is not credited in my account and nobody pick up the phone in pf department banglore.So i sending you all the details plz do something for me i am really disappointed with the behaviours of the company and i am not able to do anything bcz pf office is in banglore so i am excepting something good from your side.And i am sending you the hard copy of a acknowledgment number which i got from banglore.And last mail i sent to them on Wednesday, 18 February, 2009 1:57 PM.
