I ordered my glasses from vision express Rohini city Centre branch. The staff is so ridiculous here very disappointed with their behaviour. I ordered my glasses 2 weeks back and till now I haven’t received my glasses. They told me I will get them by Tuesday and it’s Friday today. They are just extending days. I am not able to do my work just because I don’t have glasses due to them I had to face a huge problem.

    I haven’t received my glasses till date and it has been more than two weeks since I have ordered my glasses. Earlier due to there mistake they fixed a wrong frame and now when I gave it back to them they told it will get resolved till Tuesday and today it’s Friday and I have a urgency as I have a lot work to do and my work is getting affected due to it.

      I'm an optometrist and I submitted my CV to vision express which included my personal number. The HR (Mr. Bhavin mehta) of your company misused my number after his resignation. He texted me and tried to flirt with me on whatsapp. I politely rejected all his hints.
      Was it fair? I gave my number to your company with full trust and in hopes of getting a future. Is this how the ex HR of your company should use it? Where is my safety. Should I really trust your company in future?

        In 2011 april i had joined vision express on sms company pay roll for two months and my pf account number was created. in june 2011 to august 2012 i was on reliance vision express pay roll and pf was deducted. when i resigned my job, i had sent all documents to withdraw my pf but not recived yet even after multiple trials. again in 2014 april, i joined reliance vision express whose uan number is[protected] and pf a/c number is mh/ban/125266/2037. i was not aware about to update kyc in 2014. when i joined other company, they gave me another uan number. now when i am trying to withdraw my pf amount online, it is showing that i need to update my kyc of previous uan i.e reliance vision express one first and then i have to transfer my amount to present uan number of present employer. i tried to contact admin and hr department of reliance vision express many times even pf settle department of reliance but they are not responding to my mail. i have sent my all respective documents before atleast four times to withdraw the amount but every time i failed to get response.

        i am requesting to update my kyc so that i can manage my pf amount.

          Dear Team,

          I bought 2 spectacles from Vision Express Dehradun and I am really unhappy with that as both of them are so discomforting. This was my 1st service and I am so disappointed by it. I am international student, so can’t come to fix it up. I went to show them in Vision Express UK but they say that if they will tight it more then I will get break. I specifically mentioned to the team that I want the best and comfortable spectacles as I am moving abroad, so can’t come again. Initially the spectacles took so much time to come after I ordered because of some issues which I am already unclear about. So, overall I am regretting by taking service and actually I am so far that I couldn’t even come and complain for it in the store. But please see how can I get help
          being a student it’s very hard for me now to manage with these specks.

          I am showing it’s fitting to you by attaching its image and the other one is uncomfortable too as it hurts my ears and I Vision express in UK have already tried their best to fix it. Looking forward to hearing from you.

                Dear Concern,

                It was my bad experience with mr Vijendra Srivastava employee code 60236586 in Laxmi Nagar mall new Delhi.

                Firstly I have purchased 6 glasses and the sales person committed that anything will be damage like tear or discolor of the glasses, there would be like 6 months warranty. Out of 6 glasses one class has damaged due to bad quality and when I went to change the glass, Mr Vijendra miss behaved and argued with us. And he did not consider our request to keep it and ask from the management or zonal head regarding the same. Straight forward he has passed lose language for the customer. Attached is the video for your reference.

                According to Vijendra we are fraud and went their for time pass and miss use of the warranty clause. We have purchased 6 glasses and if that would be our intention then we went with all the 6 glasses with damage.

                Instead of working on glasses quality argue with the value able customer who have purchased worth of Rs 12000 of glasses.

                It was very wired experience with your store. I will never suggest any one to purchase from their.

                      I have given complaint twice since last 2 weeks without response from your side.
                      I have been to vision express showroom, located in Dilshuknagar, Hyderabad 3 weeks before. My name Dr. RamaKrishna.
                      They have done my refraction tested by a girl in lessthan 2 minutes. She said in charge will come and confirm again, which was never happened. I was busy in selecting spectacles, thinking that he will call for eye check up again. Not happened.
                      He came finalized the bill and finished his job. I am back home and when recollect that he has not done things in a proper way, I called next day morning and went to shop for eye check.
                      Mr Hussain was very reluctant to check again and answered very arrogantly. I am not at all happy with this behavior of staff at all, it took longtime to convince him for recheck up( why should I convince you at all, as if I am getting things free of cost)
                      He checked eyes very reluctantly and confirmed same value given by that lady.
                      How can I believe him when he dud my eye check up reluctantly to be correct. I have a strong belief that he has over corrected my vision.
                      I have not taken my spectacle until today, probably may not take at all, if things not done in a proper way from the beginning.
                      Need a proper response and solution to my problem with immediate effect.

                          I am Dr.RamaKrishna, attend to Dilshuknagar, Hyderabad branch on 7th August for glasses. It's about 7p.m., one lady optometrist checked my vision in hurry and said senior will confirm, which never happened. I was in the selection of frame thinking they recheck again. They finished billing and sent me. I realized the mistake they did, never rechecked site, confirmed the same which is there in your vision express records. I called next day morning and findout, 3.25 right and 2.5 left side, 0.5 cylindrical both. To my surprise it is 0.5 more in both eyes, confirmed by same branch optometrist 5 months before. I visited the branch in the evening, branch in charge Mr. Hussain was very reluctant in answering my queries and want to put whichever correction number I want. He is not concerned about the values given by two optometrist of same branch, reluctant to repeat vision check again. Me asking repeatedly he did it. But confirmed the same value given by his colleague. I am not happy about the my vision check at all. I had a strong doubt which is correct vision.
                          Before giving my spectacles I want my vision to be checked by one your sincere optometrist. Not revealing all these to him.
                          You can confirm my complaint by cross checking in cc footage.
                          Expecting early reply, as they make it ready by Thursday.

                            I have ordered progressive spectacles as prescribed by the doctor. But they are very uncomfortable and if we go outside entire dust and dogs on glasses are not cleanable. I again went to store. They are saying un comfortable was due to dimension of glasses only but not our problem. They taken my spectacles back for re testing, but till now they have not rectified the problem or called me.

                                I have placed an order for contact lenses on 26 Jan during purchase i was told that lenses are present at nearby stock and will get it delivered in one week time .However after 20 days when we visited store we were told only right eye lenses available and left eye lenses will take time .Its really illogical that someone will take one side eye lenses so we requested them to get the left lenses also .Again after one week we visited store and again same story we were told.This is really disappointing for the customer to do follow up again and again and there were no prior information from store or Any call msg from their side that delivery is delayed.Atleast we as customer need to know if delivery is getting late

                                  I came for my eyes testing on the 13/3/2021 to which i was very unhappy about i aired my concerns at the time i got my new glasses when i put them on i could not see out of them so i took them back the measurements were wrong i had to were my old glasses for a long time i finally got into Specsavers who redid my eyes the numbers she put in were so different to the ones i had done i had to pay out more money to get some glasses to be able to see iv had headaches sore eyes i would be greatful if you could look into this what i will say is i will never use vision express again

                                    Bought two specs in buy 1 get 1 and cost me around 9100rs in total, only the glasses were around 5500rs and the first time when I cleaned them using the same cloth that they provide, the glass broke like a biscuit, it is so weak and feable, when complained they say that the 5500 rs glass is weak and it breaks so should have purchased the 8999 rs glass, this was not told to us before purchasing that the glass breaks so easily just by wiping it, this is the worst quality glass that I have ever seen, they lie that they told me that this glass does break easily, if they had told me why would I buy it? I told them to change the glass to the 8999rs one and I told them I will pay the difference but they are not ready to do it, this glass is just like chips or thin biscuit. They took 5500 rs and are saying it is easily breakable after it broke. It is their mistake that they don't give correct information before purchasing, for them 9100 rs might be nothing for me it is a lot. They told me they will speak to their manager and get back to me in one day, but today it is the fourth day there is no response from them. I do not want them to fix the same 5500 glass because it breaks easily I want them to replace it with 8999 rs glass which am ready to pay the difference. They are saying if you want that you have to pay full amount again. Why will I pay the full amount when I was not informed while buying that this is very weak and breaks easily, worst quality glass they provide. I want this resolved as soon as possible. Please help.

                                    Just after 3days after buying this incident happened, cleaned the glass for the first time and it broke into two pieces. Also I have been their customer before too. They are not ready to replace it with good quality glass even though I told them I will pay the difference. Even as a goodwill they are not ready to do it.

                                      I purchased 4 pairs from Vision express store at MG Road, Secunderabad on[protected]. Out of the 4 one frame was found to be defective. I have visited the store at Malkajgiri, Telangana, where the customer service agent was rude amd was busy inmersed in chatting on his mobile. He gave me lame reasons that his system is not working. Then that i should visit the store i bought the spectacles from and looked not at all interested and started giving lame reasons. Atrocious service and ride behaviour.

                                        Hi Sir,

                                        I took my lens and frame 2 years back in vision express, r t nagar branch Bangalore. Today I gave it for tighten the frame. They did it but spoiled my lens in left lens right corner. Lens became blurred and I can't see properly. Earlier it was fine and while doing tightening they made blurred due to heat.

                                        I am raising complaint against the branch manager I want justice for this.

                                        If you are not able to solve I am going to consumer court.
