I worked as assosiate software engineer in mphaiss from[protected] to[protected] my employee is 2496112 and now i am trying to withdraw my pf amount to my bank account but to claim it is showig like this "Please update your latest bank account no. and valid ifsc details through your employer/unified portal." and i also checking my service history and passbook but there also "passbook/balance not available to this member-id as this pertain to exempted establishment (i.e. trust)." they deducted my pf every month and this also mentioned in my payslips please take actions on this company and solve my issue as soon as possible

They offered job for doing youtube channel subscriptions and payouts of 50rs per link. When I joined they send 150rs joining bonus which build trust. I started working. Then on every 20min they share tasks which involves money and all task were sharing on telegram app. I have all chat and task they provided along with payment details. On starting I earned 1500 something amount which they transferred to me. But when they shared 3rd task which was a group task, in 3 steps payment need to submitted to get double. Then I was enable to pay 72k before that I did submitted 32500rs to their account. When I was enable to submit 72k for last task they said I have to lose all submitted amount or need to submit 72k to complete task. I requested them alot to return my submitted amount only I don't want bonus, they removed me from task group and then stopped answering.
I have list all my saving and now Iam in big trouble. They are not contacting me not even answering my call or msg.

I am placed in mphasis in college campus on November 2021 and received Loi oh December 2021 . I waited more than 1 year ! Even the date mentioned in the loi is expired but they still not responding any mail.

There is no mail or response from mphasis so far ! When will i get on boarded? This is frustrating everyday .

Mphasis PF Office is holding my PF Money and not transferring it to my Present PF Account.

Whenever I create a ticket, they close it by sending some technical terms and for last 2 Years, I really don't know what to do except running here and there.

I don't know where my fault is and how can i rectify this. Please help.

I joined Mphasis in April 2021 and had received a joining bonus amount with tax deducted. I have left the company in December 2022 and as part of the Full and Final settlement the full amount which was provided as joining bonus has been recovered from my end. The sad part is the finance team is not ready to include the joining bonus recovery in the Form 16/ IT computation sheet, as a result of which I am liable to pay tax (almost 30000) to the amount which I have not received. Since the amount received and recovered are both in different financial years the Form 16 should include them accordingly. Can someone please guide how to proceed on this issue.

Every day I am sending emails to concern team but they did not respond I have never found any person who have time to speek to thier Ex Employees.Every time I sent email to them but no reply i have done the same more than 10 times.After that if we need any clarification, Nobody is there to help us with.I am feeling so sorry for the people in Mphasis. Finance dept really does everything to screw up the employees satisfication.When Mphasis talk about Integrity, I feel pity on them.Let them respect the value of people, then let them talk about all thies values.

I have resigned from the company in the month of July and my last working day was 6th of September, and while serving Notice period I did Overtime as per company policy they need that people should do Overtime to clear backlog, My July Overtime amount should be come in my August Salary but it did not, and they were telling it will come, but it was not there in my Last salary as well, when I received my Full and final even though it was not mentioned there as well, So I raised the HR ticket for the Overtime Amount even though my Full and final came and they hold my Overtime amount, I call my HR, She was telling me it will not come, please help me it 16k amount.

My employee id is 2343998, I have given resignation on 27th May 2022 and till today date ie.. 24th Nov 2022 I am chasing continuously to transfer my PF amount. I have already initiated PF transfer request and submitted required forms like FORM 13 as well, but Mphasis is intentionally not taking any action to transfer my PF and blocking money.
I have created multiple request for my PF[protected] through portal
HR0285973, HR0300242, HR0301252 and every time they give by default reply that "it is in progress" and never share Annexure k document. I can see my claim in EPFO is shown as settled from long time but mphasis has intentionally blocked my money and their teams just update default answer and closes ticket every time.
I sent multiple mails to [protected]@mphasis.com and as expected they did not replied my last mail.
There is no other way mphasis kept to reach out to them so please help me to get my issue resolved and close this issue.

Hi I am an ex-employee of Mphasis, i have been writing to Mphasis PF help desk and escalated to Elavarasi.S and Sampath.ek. It is now going on for last 3 years to transfer my PF to my present employer, but there is no concrete response to solve the issue. Mphasis asked me to raise grievance to the government PF office which i raised, since Mphasis claims they have transferred the money to Government PF trust. The government PF office requested for details from Mphasis which is not provided by mphasis. Follwoing is my details

Hi Team,

I have worked with Mphasis for 4 months in the year 2013 and than due to family problems i left the organization and the same was informed to my TL Jay Prakash.

Jay prakash asked me to submit the letter informing the same and hence i did the same and has submitted the letter requesting to relive me immediately as it was a dead in the family.

Recently i found out that i have been marked absconding, please get all this checked and take my name off from the absconding list.
