Hi sir/mam,

My name is Sakshi and my employee ID is 2477182. I have worked in mphasis as delivery lead.I have joined mphasis on 13th October 2021 and got released on 6 June 2022, I have served my notice period as provided by manger but still they have imposed rupees 22200 to get my relieving letter and I have tried contacting HR but non off them respond on my mail, could you please help me with this situation.

I was an employee of Mphasis from last 2 years, I recently changed the orgnization and requested for pf tranfer, the compony stteled the claim and trnafered amount is Rs:0. I am trying to contact Mphasis from last 3 months but every time they are saying facing technical issues with the PF, very disappointed from Mphasis. I was not expecting the pethetic service from Mphasis. Is there any alternative option to get the pf transfered....

I am an ex-employee of Mphasis, I want to transfer my PF and trying to contact HR department from portal but no one is helping. I have raised many tickets on portal but that are getting closed saying technical glitch in portal and will be resolved in 4-5 days. Its been 2 months till now and i can't process the withdraw/transfer request.

Respected sir /madam,
I wanted to withdraw my pf .
The details uploaded by the employer is incorrect.
My name, birth date and mobile number is incorrect.
I have mailed the whistleblower committee .They said mail to EPFO.
The details to Epfo was from mphasis itself.
And EPFO doesnt has any back office to update the details.
Kindly look into it and do the needful.
Its been 6 years now...

I have rised the transer request the EPS time period is transfered but EPF amount is not transfered for UAN[protected]. PLease look into that issue and transfer that amount. The status is settled with 0 amount....

I raised service request HR0237053 and HR0233702 requesting for skillset and responsibility letter 10 days back.
They sent me a sample draft, asked me to fill it and send it to ashwini.[protected]@mphasis.com.
I sent the details and also mentioned I am an ex employee so not sure on how I can get manager approvals.

Please resolve this and provide me the necessary document as I need this at the earliest....
