I have interviewed at Mphasis approximately one month ago. nd the interview went well and I was given an offer for the job along with the information on the salary package. Things seemed to be finalized with only the pending formalities of background checks and other documentation.
While documentation I have provided all the documents such as payslip, bank statement, employment agreement of the previous employer, form 16, relieving, and experience letter. They asked for a pf statement, I have provided them a pf statement. The pf has only 1st organization statement, but the current organization pf statement. I have explained to them that the current organization doesn't have any pf deduction and all. so I cant provide that statement. The next day called them regarding this, and they told me that the organization itself is on a suspicious list, and in my bank statement there is no name of the organization from whom the salary has been credited. I have sent them my bank statement, where the organization name was not there but it was clear mention that every month this much amount has been credited from the federal bank. The current organization uses to credit salary via federal bank to each and every employee. Today I have provided one more document from the current organization i.e "salary verification letter". I don't know why they are giving such a silly reason that organization's name is not there in my bank statement. After providing enough documents I don't why they are behaving like this. Because of them I have missed other opportunities and wasted my time. If they want to do background verification, they call my hr directly and they can verify me. If they give such a silly reason nobody will buy this.
