My last working date with Mphasis was on 24th September, 2021.

I have raised my PF transfer request 2.5 months back directly by sending out an email to Mphasis PF team. The transfer to my current employer has not been done till date after constantly following up.

I have my mother’s surgery and would require my PF to be transferred to my current employer as soon as possible.

I was working with MPhasis for 13 years and left company last year February 2021. I have withdrawn some amount from my PF account on 2017 for personnel emergency. When I left Mphasis last year, some amount was there in my PF account PYBOM[protected]. I don't remember the exact amount which was there when I left Mphasis. I have raised request to transfer my PF money from this account to this current PF account PYBOM[protected] last month(Tracking no:[protected] and this request has been completed. I got shocked when I saw transfer amount as zero.

I don't know how to know how much amount was there under my previous PF account aPYBOM[protected] nd process to get it. Please help me regarding this..

I have raised request in ex-employee service portal of Mphasis to update exit date in EPFO portal.
Mphasis updated wrong exit date in EPFO portal. I have raised multiple requests to update correct exit date. There is no update on the ticket.

I have sent Joint Declaration hard Copy to PF Team, Mphasis a month ago to update correct exit date in EPFO portal, still there is no response/update.

No one is accountable to answer my request even though raised multiple tickets to update correct exit date.

I had worked in mphasis for 11 months and after resigning i was told to wait for 2 months before i could submit my pf withdrawal request. I submitted all the required documents for the withdrawal after 2 months and the pf team reverted that the process will take 20 days . It has been past 20 days but I still did not receive my pf amount and it is very urgent for me as I am going through a rough financial situation. Kindly help.

I worked at Mphasis for 30 months(from 26/07/22 to 10/01/19). I have joined the a new organization. The EPFO portal is not reflecting the PF amount that is contributed by MPHASIS while I was working there. I have also raised several complains to MPHASIS but they did not resolved it and also they did not provided me a proper assistance to whom I can convey my issue.

I want to transfer my PF to my new employer. But P[censored]AN, account number are not mentioned in the document. I raised HR ticket, a week back. But no response.

My name is Nelson Nirmal Kumar, emp I'd 02252412. I worked with Mphasis from 2013 to 2017. I have submitted my PF withdrawal request and it's more than 20 working days. I have not received my PF amount till now. The team is responding to my queries, even after raising multiple queries regarding my PF.

I was working for this company for 1 year ..i serve 2 month notice period as well and now it's been almost more than 60 days since I left company but till now i haven got my remaining salary. And when I call managar he told me wait for few days ..so now it's 70 days but still i m waiting and manager has block my number not getting any response and that ex employee ticket ..that one is fraud ..

I had attended interview with mphasis for embedded testing domain.i have cleared interview and got an offer letter also.
But just before half an hour of my induction, HR called me and said that because of my college name is not there in their database they are cancelling my offer.Although i have 8.2 years of work experience and worked in level 5 companies.i really never faced such issues.since i had got an offer..i have left my job and I'm not getting any job ... career gap also is increasing.my joining was on Feb 7th 2022..

Kindly consider my complaint and do the needful.

I was an employee of Mphasis from last 2 years, I recently changed the orgnization and requested for pf tranfer, the compony stteled the claim and trnafered amount is Rs:0. I am trying to contact Mphasis from last 3 months but every time they are saying facing technical issues with the PF, very disappointed from Mphasis. I was not expecting the pethetic service from Mphasis. Is there any alternative option to get the pf transfered.

I am an ex-employee of Mphasis, I want to transfer my PF and trying to contact HR department from portal but no one is helping. I have raised many tickets on portal but that are getting closed saying technical glitch in portal and will be resolved in 4-5 days. Its been 2 months till now and i can't process the withdraw/transfer request.

I wanted to withdraw my pf .
The details uploaded by the employer is incorrect.
My name, birth date and mobile number is incorrect.
I have mailed the whistleblower committee .They said mail to EPFO.
The details to Epfo was from mphasis itself.
And EPFO doesnt has any back office to update the details.
Kindly look into it and do the needful.
Its been 6 years now I am behind it.

I have rised the transer request the EPS time period is transfered but EPF amount is not transfered for UAN[protected]. PLease look into that issue and transfer that amount. The status is settled with 0 amount.

I raised service request HR0237053 and HR0233702 requesting for skillset and responsibility letter 10 days back.
They sent me a sample draft, asked me to fill it and send it to ashwini.[protected]@mphasis.com.
I sent the details and also mentioned I am an ex employee so not sure on how I can get manager approvals.

Please resolve this and provide me the necessary document as I need this at the earliest.

Dear Sir,

I have interviewed at Mphasis approximately one month ago. nd the interview went well and I was given an offer for the job along with the information on the salary package. Things seemed to be finalized with only the pending formalities of background checks and other documentation.

While documentation I have provided all the documents such as payslip, bank statement, employment agreement of the previous employer, form 16, relieving, and experience letter. They asked for a pf statement, I have provided them a pf statement. The pf has only 1st organization statement, but the current organization pf statement. I have explained to them that the current organization doesn't have any pf deduction and all. so I cant provide that statement. The next day called them regarding this, and they told me that the organization itself is on a suspicious list, and in my bank statement there is no name of the organization from whom the salary has been credited. I have sent them my bank statement, where the organization name was not there but it was clear mention that every month this much amount has been credited from the federal bank. The current organization uses to credit salary via federal bank to each and every employee. Today I have provided one more document from the current organization i.e "salary verification letter". I don't know why they are giving such a silly reason that organization's name is not there in my bank statement. After providing enough documents I don't why they are behaving like this. Because of them I have missed other opportunities and wasted my time. If they want to do background verification, they call my hr directly and they can verify me. If they give such a silly reason nobody will buy this.

I worked in Mphasis from 1st April 2021 to 15th Oct. 2021. I requested on the ex-employee service portal for the withdrawal of my PF but no response and assistance from the company. Please help me to withdraw my PF.
