I had tried to book ticket for visiting TAJ Mahal through website of : https://asi.payumoney.com/#/ for 04 person through paytm wallet for Rs. 1001.26 against the wallet transaction id : [protected] as on 26/10/2022.

Payment deducted, but not generated ticket. Hence, I have raised a query to pay u money for this concern, they have not given any solution and close the ticket without refund of my amount.

Also, there is no mail id for government official for getting escalation of this issue on their website.

Also, they have given contact email as per given below detail, which also wrong after trying to send a mail, which could fail due to wrong receipting id.

Please support to get my amount of Rs. 1001.26 refund on priority.

    I did payment on 25th july at 8:32pm through gpay to eazypay account to pay my examination fees, payment has to be successful in 5 min but it wasn't time was over and it shows processing in inbox of eazypay but it got debited from my account it shows payment was stucked and it wil be refunded im 3 days .Next day when i open my app it shows payment successful thay means eazy pay received that amount but firstly the payment was stucked so i did payment again on the 25th july at 8:48 it was succesful it was also reflected on my college portal .So basically my money was debited twice ₹510 i need refund of my first payment ₹510 which was stucked earlier

            Your customer is sending fraud money request to anyone as sent me with razorpay &other web are using for fraudulent money earnings .please help me to reach your fraud customer so provide his name address mail etc for asking to him for refund otherwise legal process will be uses against ezeepay &your unknown Customer.noticed please.

              I tried to pay fees online through Delhi University Portal for Kamala Nehru College Under Graduate programe for my daughter on 14th of October 2020 at 3.20 pm using by my ICICI bank credit card ending with 4005 for an amount of Rs.11, 100 (Ezeepay reference 731606).               I paid my chennai corporation property tax online at icici bank via eazy pay of Rs 1011/= and the amount was debited in my bank account .At time copy of the receipt was not received . Also Rs 1011/= not credit in my property tax account . So fix this and give a receipt for it .

              Property tax payment date is 15 th October 2020.

                  I pay bill that amount is rs. 1300. But eazypay messaged transaction failed and amount rs. 1300 debited in my account, and amount not returned in my account.
                  After that i pay repay that amount of that bill that is cleared

                    Its been four days i raised a query to them..# no one bothered to revert me back.. Query reference number is 55434541.. Use less team. They r very concerned to hold customer fund in their account. Not allowing me to transfer funds to my acc. I made my concern very clear to them. No one bothered to revert me yet.# app. B aware of doing any transactions. If anything goes wrong no one bothered to help u..# this guys.....

                    I.am ajay singh complaint for ezeepay side in d consumer act ...i hav recharged my vodafone mobile account [protected] through ezeepay site on date ..[protected] of rs225...bt i didnt got in my numbr..bt d bal.has deducted frm my bank acount...and the same thing has happened wid me on date ..5-7-2014.. I recgarged wid rs20 bt i havt recieved the bal.nd the amount has deductd frm my amount ...so kindly return my money in my indain bank acount which i actuly not used...and please take action againt this site...

                      Hello, I recharged my airtel phone number [protected] on (3/5/2014) for the amount of 99.00 data plan which includes 300 MB 3G data with a validity of 30 days according to Ezeepay android app. But, after I recharged and used data once, I noticed that the pop up says that my plan expires on May 17th, which is 15 days from yesterday and not 30 days from yesterday as the app showed. Also, I am not getting 3G, but very weak data connection, weaker than 2G. I need refund for the amount I paid and please do needful to make Ezeepay stop false advertising.
