We requesting to verify the Aadhar demographics details. I visited EPFO office they are requesting to submit joint declarations form employer seal and signature and duly attested supporting document for modify the details. Please update asap i have been raising ticket on this issue since 15 days still i didn't get proper idea. One of my future employer requesting to verify the aadhar demographic details. In PF portal my name has changed not as per aadhar. So Kindly request to Modified Name and Father name as per Aadhar even i was forgot my password so i cannot modify in portal.

            I am an ex-employee of Mphasis. I moved out of Mphasis in 2016 and worked in Great lakes Institute of Management from 2017 - June'2021. I submitted my PF TRANSFER from Mphasis to Great Lakes in 2018 and it was completed. Now I am working in NMIMS from June'2021 and trying to transfer my PF from Great Lakes to NMIMS. PF office has rejected the transfer telling that EPS transfer from MPhasis is not completed to Great Lakes. I need help from Mphasis. Whom do i contact. Alternatively if MPhasis can contact me at [protected] it would be great help

                I was working for HPinc as part of contracter employee from mphasis
                on april 29th i got changed to permanent employee at hp
                Mphasis /previous contractor had to clear all the exit formalities
                and clearing all salary dues
                mphasis failed to clear my night shift allowance
                after following up for several months they have been telling me they will check and get back but there is been no progress at all yet
                i would like to get my hard earned money at the earliest possible

That is I have given a option "yes" in backpapers but the thing is I didn't have any single backlog at any stage my education qualification.. please correct the information..that is I don't have backlogs and make a note on "NO" for back papers..thank you

                              But I am receiving some error in portal.
                              So I contacted epf to resolve it and they asking to update the relieving date.
