My UAN no is[protected] .I was working with mphasis from the year Dec-2018 to June-2020 and after i left the organization and moved to a new one i applied for online pf transfer request.
There is no other way of contacting the pf team apart from raising a ticket on their website where they have given a link to ex-employees however there is no way of either checking the status of that ticket or contacting any one and you are completely dependent on their response

I got the Annexure K for EPS only with the 0 amount . PF amount transfer is not resolved yet from mphasis. If whole process is online then why need follow-up and I got the transferred out claim settled in the passbook saying that PF amount and service is transferred out but PF amount is not trasfered yet

I have raised multiple tickets via ref. However every time my request is being closed without giving proper resolution or a response.

After getting my ticket closed with irrelevant and illogical responded. Now I am shared form 13 also via email. Please help me out to get my Pf amount to transfer in my current account

This is to inform you that i have processed a request of merging my uan no[protected] through my current member account and it is pending at your portal please merge my member id with my current member id and transfer my amount to present member id and I am trying this form last six months and haven’t received my amount in my passbook. Please provide me the amount and this is the 5th time I am raising a request please look into my issue hoping for your positive response.

I was employed with Mphasis in the year 2001 till 2003. I want to know my PF no, but the customer support is not able to help me. Cause the data is old.

How do I avail My PF no? Is there a way? I want to withdraw the complete PF.

I this is diana teresa gerard i have been working in msphasis for one year and left the company for emergency purpose, and in the month of january i have submitted my pf forms for settlement, i have still not received my pf settlement, when ever i email the concern team they just get back saying will check and update status but there is no prompt reply given to me regarding my pf settlement . Its being almost one and half month i have not received my pf settlement . Cant get through the hr or the trust employee who is taking care of pf . Request youll to look into this and do the needful at the earliest, as i dont have a job and i need the pf settlement at the earliest

My name is Angel Ex employee of Mphasis..Recently my previous company CAPITA PVT LTD had transfered the PF & Pension Amount to Mphasis PF account..my request was to check and credited my of amount to the bank account updated on UAN portal. I sent request both in ex employee portal & Mailed to Mphasis PF dept. I am not been credited with my PF amount. Capita has settled the claim and the approval has been done from both employer and field officer but the Mphais PF team are not looking the information properly and they are reverting me back with incorrect information. I was working in 2 companies before joining Mpahsis that is Concetrix and Capita. Concentrix PF got settled in 2019 stil Capita Compnay PF is not being credited though sending numerous mails from my end. Kindly do the needful. Also Im unable to download the annexure because its showing has company exempted

When i joined mphasis company i was provided with a new pf account, there were changes in the company's brand and with out informing me my pf account was changed now to transfer the funds from my old account to the new account i was asked to fill in many forms and submit it however it is be taking ages for the pf team to transfer the amount from the old account to the new.
Its was not my fault can somebody check on this please.

I had Left the company since 2016, as Mphasis has Trust for maintaining its EPF account for employees recently came to know that i am having 2 UAN numbers for my ID, the old ID was not updated by my current employer even i have provided them all the details and created a new one.

I am facing a lot of issues not as unable to login to my new UAN id as I am pregnant and need to use my PF amount for medical purposes.

Request to kindly take this on priority and merge my all PF and Pension balance to my new UAN number and deactivate the old one.
