MPOnline Limited — Duplicate application: mp slet 2017 - deepa bora - server busy error

Sir / madam,

Please see attached two applications for the same candidate filed via www.mponline.gov.in
After filing the application online, i used netbanking to make the payment.
But due to "server busy error" on the website:www.mponline.gov.in, i did not receive any receipt/acknowledgement on whether the payment failed or was successful.
I unsuccessfully tried calling customer care for the same.
I did not receive any sms/email notification as well from mponline in the applicant's mobile no. Or email.
My bank also did not send me any sms notification regarding the transaction for the same reason as they did not get any confirmation of receipt of the payment from your side.
I then checked my account statement via internet banking and there was no debit of the amount rs.1040 (Which is the application fee)
Since i could neither view that application from anywhere on your website nor got any notification the registered email id/mobile no., i redid the process, i. E., filed another application for the same applicant again and face the same problem.

Today morning, i. E., on 05th jan 2017, when i called the customer care of mponline, they said that both applications have been filed (For the same candidate) and the payment was done successfully.
Only after the call, i received two sms from mponline for the two applications filed for the same applicant for the same exam - mp-set 2017

As a result of the technical problem at mp-online server side, and poor design (Allowing two applications to be filed for single applicant with details same) of the web portal of mpset 2017 applications, i paid twice for the same applicant.

My bank told me that mponline should refund one of the transaction amount while your customer care spokesperson told that the amount wont be refunded.
In this case, kindly let me know how will mponline proceed?
Will they send me 2 x hall tickets with 2x seat nos. For one candidate?
