Please see attached two applications for the same candidate filed via www.mponline.gov.in
After filing the application online, i used netbanking to make the payment.
But due to "server busy error" on the website:www.mponline.gov.in, i did not receive any receipt/acknowledgement on whether the payment failed or was successful.
I unsuccessfully tried calling customer care for the same.

I paid Application Fees of Rs 1050 to DAVV university through MP Online Limited on 26/06/2015. The transaction got failed and amount still not reverted to my account. On enquiring in the company they told that they did not got the money and it will be automatically get credited into your account from bank. Bank (Union bank of India) says the transaction got successful on 27/06/2015 and gave the Reference No- DUBI[protected]MPOnline36316998....

I made a payment of 10,080 towards the counselling fee to MP Online Ltd. I was charged 2 times the payment.When I consulted with the officials of MPOnline Ltd.. I was told that the amount will be reverted in a month. It's more than three months and the money is not reverted yet I am still waiting and yet not received anything.
