Mponline — Multiple payments and not getting refunded

My form's application number is 20HEC27084217.
I paid the admission fee once via google pay. The amount of which was 4395.00 rupees. The UPI transaction ID of this payment is '[protected]'. Money was deducted from Google Pay and Google is showing paid in Pay. However, I could not get the receipt and I went to the kiosk and deposited the fee again. The transaction ID of the kiosk is[protected].
After getting the money deposited from the kiosk, I got an admission fee receipt. But, my Google Pay money was not refunded. In this way I paid twice. Now I want the refund of the first payment made by Google Pay. Whose transaction id is '[protected]'.

I made a complaint at mp online help desk. But no response came. And when ever I try to reach then via there customer care number server error display and call ends. Wtf is happening I don't know. I'll do a legal action at Court if money doesn't get refunded
