I had paid my BA fees for DAVV UNIVERSITY via Google Pay to M.P. online.
My payment was successful but the fees was not paid, what shall I do?

I was paying my b.ed course fees which is 16050 rs yesterday(11th September 2021).The balance got deducted from my account but the transaction failed at last because of which I was not able to complete the procedure of reporting. I paid my fee (₹ 2, 600) for enrollment in medical university jabalpur through mponline (Mponline.gov.in) website on 13 september 2020. The transaction failed but the amount was not refunded. I registered complain on mp online. But they close the complaint saying that i must wait for 5-6 days for amount to revert back to my account. Its been more than 8 days now but the amount is still not refunded to my account.

Money was deducted from Google Pay and Google is showing paid in Pay. However, I could not get the receipt and I went to the kiosk and deposited the fee again. My name is SHUBham Singh thakur my mteh counseling roll no is [protected] after choice filling I done payment through SBI pay by ICICI debit card amount 1530 rupee on 6 July 2018 but transaction failed and money is deducted from my account mponline reference no is[protected] after this failed transaction I done second transaction and this was successful but my previous transaction money is not refunded please refund that money.

We did a rtgs and got confirmation from bank that amount is processed to mp online account but theseguys are closing all my request without providing sufficient details
It's my hard-earned money and now i am suffering alot with all the follow ups
I want to file a case against there process and support staff who are sitting and doing nothing.

I hv already provided bank confirmation bank statement and rtgs number slip to these people and still they are just closing issues with not commitments.

I paid my fee (₹ 16, 526) for DAVV through MPOnline(mponline.gov.in) Website. The transaction failed but the amount was not refunded. I registered a complaint to my bank(SBI) but after resolving my complaint they concluded that I would have to contact MPOnline. I registered several complaints on MPOnline website along with the response from SBI. But every time they close the complaint saying that I must wait for 7-8 days for amount to revert back to my account. Its been more than 20 days now but the amount is still not refunded to my account. Contact numbers given on MPOnline Website aren't working(i.e. no one picks up the call). ₹16, 526 is a big amount and I cant just repay the fee without refund. Now my fee is still unpaid and I will have to suffer late fee submission charges if the issue is not resolved soon.

Sir mene mponline me payment kiya tha aaj din ko 1150/- ka jo humare a/c se cut gaye h lekin payment nhi huaa hai so sir please refund my money...
