Mponline — Refund of payment after failed transaction not received yet | |||||
I have paid fee regarding application number [protected] through (Mponline.gov.in) website. The transaction failed but the amount was not refunded. I ([censored]al dixit) registered a complaint to my bank (Icici) but after resolving my complaint they concluded that from their side amount has been transact successfully to payment services (Citruspay) then i had raised request to citruspay via mail and those citruspay also has confirmed me that they had been transfered amount successfully to mponline and for further information i would have to contact mponline. I registered several complaints on mponline website along with the response from icici, citruspay but every time they close the complaint saying that we didn't received any amount. When i query to telephonic customer service so after long discussion they have cut the line and not responding well. I have also recording of telephonic conversation. Its been more than 2 month now but the amount is still not refunded to my account. Contact numbers given on mponline website aren't working (I. E. No one picks up the call). ₹19, 651 is a big amount for us. To save late fees charges 500/- rs. I had borrowed money for few day and pay via mponline kiosk services. I too have the same issue of payment failure . Can i know if your issue has been resolved till now . If yes then please tell me how ? Please because the amount which has been transacted to mp online davv from here is ₹40047.50 and i cannot arrange to pay it again without getting refund.

I made electricity bill payment online thru mponline but did not recieve transaction number waited for 5 mins. Payment dedcuted from account.
