Invested in MI Scheme of above company which was due to mature on 08 Jul 2013 but till date I have not received maturity amount. Rs.1000/- for 36 months. Hence total installments paid by me Rs.36000/- and they where promised to pay with interested Rs.43283/- The bond supposed to mature on 13th August 2013, where spoken in the office they have given me one letter and promise they will pay my money in the month of December with interest .
My second Agro bond for 36 month Bond number A/01/11/000077, MATURITY DATE:[protected] for this bond i have paid installment amounting Rs.300/- for 36 month, hence total installment paid by me Rs.10800 . with interest they where supposed to pay 18840/-approx.
Total Amount Rs.61000/- Approx they have not paid back a single penny.I went there office 4 time in a week now they are saying is will CBI who will decide to pay or not is this is justice for common people, as of now i am sure they will not pay my money i am not looking for any interest i am only looking for my capital amount i am a normal service holder and this amount mean a lot to me.
Please find the attached document which will prove my every single word written here and i have full paper of money receipt of deposit.
Hope you will look into this matter and do something for me to get my money even i am talking to lawyers to file a case against the company and the agent.
