I had purchased an Orchard Bond for 75 months on 12th June, 2009 from MPS Greenery Developers Limited through their agent, which was supposed to get matured on 12th September, 2015. The quantum of final return would have been Rs. 10, 272/-. However, till date I’ve not received the amount. The agent from whom I had purchased the bond has never responded since the date of maturity. Presently my residential address has also been changed, therefore, it is not possible for me to pursue the agent for payment physically.
I’ll be highly obliged if I can get the hard-earned money back against the bond. It has been a long time since the bond got matured.

Hi, I hold 2 policies under this company started in 2011. I have all the bond papers and all with me. I have given 26 instalments each of 1000/- i.e 26000/- in total under P.R Number - 1657248 and another 26 instalments each of 500/- i.e. 13000/- in total under P.R.Number - 1657247. The Maturity date was mentioned as[protected]. But still now nothing is returned. It was promised to be returned with interest. Please help....

Invested in MI Scheme of above company which was due to mature on 08 Jul 2013 but till date I have not received maturity amount. However, Investor of Fixed Deposit can knock the door of Company Law Board, Kolkata Bench, 5 Esplanade Row (West), Kolkata - 700001 (Contact No.[protected] CLB does not cover investment in MIS.

Invested rs. 1 lakh in monthly income scheme of company on 08.07.2010 which was due to mature on 08.07.2013. As on date, company is failed to pay maturity amount. When asked, company's rep says that case is pending with sebi. It seems company is going to make a big fraud in future of all the money invested by poor and common people of this country. Nither any political party nor any govt agency is going to solve our problem as we all are aware of the earlier investment company fraud like golden forest and others. So many such cases / petitions are still pending in the various lower and upper courts since last many years. Ultimately, commom people was sufferer and would be sufferer but we must have faith in media as these media people can raise voice for we common people. I invite all sufferer investors of mps greenery developers limited to come on a single platform to fight against this company and to raise our voice as early as possible.
