Mr Fit — Product is in warranty period and product is damaged I marked so many mails but didn't find any revert

Dear All,

I ordered Mr fit slim bets of rs 1500 and the warranty of replacement is 1year if they damaged and my both belts are damaged and under warranty period and i also marked many mails to support department but they even dont bother and reply me atleast once. I am very much disappointed from their service style.
