I have order belt on july 21 worth 1499 and i received damaged piece on calling them there phone are switched off and on mailing there are no response from them.
Please help me with refund of the product...

I have placed an order for mi band 6 watch and paid ₹2999. They sent something else . Some sort of cheap ₹300 belt . My order I'd is 1111. Email is [protected]@gmail.com.
I have tried to contact them via call and MSG and they just don't reply and pick. Since the product is delivered they are not even replying to my mail...

Recieved 11 PCS on 8th August 2021, The box was anyhow damaged, when opened the bands were of 10, 15, 25, 30 and 35 lbs and not to a max of 50 lbs, All the bands have a minimum of 2 kinks which will definitely reduce the life cycle of the band and the strength, The quality of the bands is bot upto the mark.

I have ordered "orignal slim sauna belt with free mr. fit sweat sliming belt" on 20 of july 2021 and recieved the 22nd. They have sent a diffrent product without any nomenclature. The product was not only a cheap, diffrent one but was not at all required. When the company was contacted there was no response on the mobile as well as the email despite repeated attempts. I have purchased the above product for Rs.1899 on Cash on Delivery from MR FIT, BASEMENT, C-72, SECTOR up2, NOIDA
GAUTAM BUDDHA NAGAR, UTTAR PRADESH, PIN-201301, INDIA by Invoice No.Retail00803 dated 4/2/2021.The battery charge on the first day lasted only for 8 hours and I immediately tried to contact their customer care no.[protected] in vain. By April 2021 the strap got broken, on 2/6/2021 the this smart band is completely out...

I ordered Mr fit slim bets of rs 1500 and the warranty of replacement is 1year if they damaged and my both belts are damaged and under warranty period and i also marked many mails to support department but they even dont bother and reply me atleast once. I am very much disappointed from their service style.

This is the first & last time I am writing to you for the Sub. Order which was placed on Feb 5 2019.

None of your numbers mentioned on the Website are working and if the call evn get connected the CC folks are unable to resolve the issue.

Issue with the Order is :- Getting discharged automatically and doesn't turn On sometimes.

Gets Hanged up most of the times,

Last month i purchased mr fit fitness band thy said it's 5 year warranty and guarantee but today it's not getting on.. And not even getting charge so plz i want new product or i want my money back and don't buy this product it's waste of money.. Even when i call there customer support the call will not connect.. If connect also they will not solve any problem so it's a fake company and i want my money back.....

I send mail for sweat slim belt purchase from mr fit site. And it was not upto mark. Now i want replace and send so many time but no response.. There contact me is also not working.
This is cheat and bogas comp. Govt should take action against these company. And close the site immiditly so that people are not cheat by them and lose there money..

They aee given bad quality product and wrong size. Customer care numbar also not working. Plz do somthing i want to return my product. This company is fraud. They are given 5 yrs warrenty and money back guarentee now nothing is working phone number and email not responding plz do somthing. I payed 1500 for this cheap product.
