I have purchased fit tracker wrist band which i received on 01/10/2018, on activation and testing it revealed that the readings particularly the distance covered is wrong this was informed them on their forum "[protected]@fittracker.com" on 02/10/2018, i called on the number +91-[protected] and also as per their advice once again sent mail on above mail id, i had explained the problem i. E. Wrong reading of distance but am asked to send video of the same i do not understand it. As condition product can be returned within 7 days and get refund, but they are not cooperating/attending my concern. Was this information helpful? |
