I have 2 broadband connections on same address. First of all they changed my plan without my permission to add more download quota. Which i had to get rectified after a lot of struggle as the change in plan resulted in a bill of 4952 rupees for no reason. When i was happy with monthly 884 rupees plan so far so good. Problem is they added 1000gb data on not the account i requested for but in the other one.
After few days when i called customer care to enquire about it i then discovered that the quota has been added to wrong account and not the one requested for.
It has been almost 2 months they keep on saying "it is not possible" despite of the fact that the owner of both connection s are me and that too on same address. I dont understand the fake challenge they are trying to create here. Was this information helpful? |
