We public in tholicode panchayath nedumangad taluk trivandrum district are suffering because of the bad condition of road in our area. The road from pulimood to marithumood, the main road connecting trivandrum ponmudi statehighway to vithura palode mainroad is horrible for travelling and driving. There is lot of school going childrens and school buses, ksrtc buses office going peoples and the residences are useing this road as daily but very hard and unsafe to travell by this road. This road is maintained by pdw but they are not doing maintaince for last more years. There no political support or any other support for the maintaining of these road. We public are getting more issues because accidents and problems daily increaseing because of this road condition. Please help us by giving a good maintaince of this road.

Ehealth pharmacy which is at beeramgyda hno 15-55/2/16 plotno 6, dmr residency anand nagar colony, beside maples school. (Ph no [protected], [protected]). Not have the pharmacist and giving wrong medicines. When we go ask the medicines they won't give proper medicines and the they give some another medicines. And most of the medicines are almost near to expired date and we ask giving rude answer. No pharmacist is there. Without pharmacist how this medical shops are running. If any wrong medicine is giving them the person life gone. Why can't one circular raised that only pharmacy person (Who completed b-pharmacy or d-pharmacy then only have right to give medical shop licence. Even like apllo, medicity, and ehealth also have to give rights for the pharmacist persons only not like 10th passed or12 passed person. Take a serious action (Name rajiti, medical shop taken on the name of sarika.) i don't know in which manner the shop is giving to 10th passed person. Not having the knowledge of medicines and not giving proper medicines. The both wife and husband are so rude and such inproper manner they talk we ask for prescription. Kindly take this on high priority and take a serious action against them so that next time such medical shops or kept again

I purchase electrical led face mask through delhihaat i paid 7750 rps. Again i paid 1300rps to coustome service. That item is diffective item i want to return this item they not responding to me. I send lot of mails. Today only i recived that item. Any one had contact number plz provide. The amount is also high i request u all plz do anything to get my money back. Therefore we in this residential people suffering for daily garbage clearance.

I have 2 broadband connections on same address. First of all they changed my plan without my permission to add more download quota. Which i had to get rectified after a lot of struggle as the change in plan resulted in a bill of 4952 rupees for no reason. When i was happy with monthly 884 rupees plan so far so good. Problem is they added 1000gb data on not the account i requested for but in the other one.

After few days when i called customer care to enquire about it i then discovered that the quota has been added to wrong account and not the one requested for.

It has been almost 2 months they keep on saying "it is not possible" despite of the fact that the owner of both connection s are me and that too on same address. I dont understand the fake challenge they are trying to create here.

I am rashid mustafa khan of sambalpur beg to state that i went to oppo service centre today. Because my mobile is now under warranty period and showed some issue. I went to the service centre and discussed about the issue. But the service centre conveyed that because it has a mark on the left side of the mobile. But the real issue is the mobile's blue skin is fading on the top side of it, as you can see it from the 2nd picture i sent you. And the service provider is denying for the approval for replacement for a mark on the left side of the phone as you can see in the 1st picture i sent you.

On may 19, 2019, i booked a dish tv hd new connection multi set top box with 1 month titanium pack free for rs. 1299 (Order #17551) and the next day morning, i received a call from onlinedth saying that the above was for existing customers and for new connection, you have to pay rs. 400 more from the direct pay section and i agreed and i paid the amount from oxicash, which showed the payment is successful, but the people from onlinedth denied receiving that amount. So i thought if they have not received that amount, that will reversed to my account and so i paid that amount again from another account. Then they sent a msg that your payment successful and they gave a installation no. ([protected]) and said that the same will be installed in 24 hours. But unfortunately even today after almost 2 months, i have not received the connection. Once i called the customer care of onlinedth and asked them to cancel my order, but they asked me to write a mail to cancel. But despite sending repeated mails, they never responded. It definitely seems a fraud company. When i call dish tv, sometimes they recognize the installation no and promise it will be installed today, but it never happened. Day before yesterday, they changed the installation no. From [protected] to 8250855 stating the previous one is closed and our technician will call you before 9 a. M. And get it installed immediately, but it is not yet happened. I want my money back and wait for jio gigafiber to come. Please help.

My right eye i undergone cataract operation around four years back. But no vision due to high myopic and degeneration by birth. Therefore left eye is very important. Dr. P. Raja rami reddy, neoretina eye care institute, abids, hyderabad. Has examined my left eye by scanning which costed me rs. 2, 300/-. As per the diogenes dr. P. Raja rami reddy advised the treatment for oct macula left eyte, fundus autofluoresence by giving an injection ivt anti vgef injection therapy immediately. The cost of injection is rs. 38, 859/-.in case of improvement of vision, there is no need for giving other two same injections in consecutive months. Hence, i sent a request through retina eye care hospital for cash less treatment for one injection immediately to good health insurgence tpa limited. The request for cashless was denied with "doctors note dated 01/03/2019, ccn: 249694 cashless facility cannot be extended as the given line of treatment is not a listed day care procedure. Hence denied". Eye is a very important organ in day to day activities. The treatment of injection will improve the vision. The doctor raja rami reddy is highly qualified experienced with a team of expert ophthalmologists and having sophisticated and latest instruments. As i am retired in 2011 and the cost for each vgef injection is rs.38, 859/- which i cannot bear and a financial burden for me. I request to do the needful with united health care tpa, panjagutta, hyderabad.

For the last three or four times i am trying to update my address in my adhaar but every times i get the transliteration error. We are residents of Pammal Ekambaram St., Ward number 4. Devion of Mr. Vinayakam councilor. The street abandoned with no garbage collectors. There are big banners placed for not to let the street in garbage and impose of spots fine 2000rs. The garbage collectors neither regular nor intimated. While i want to schedule trips from my home to bangalore city station on 25/08/2018 at 21.15 hrs and on 26/08/2018 morning 05.15 hrs from chennai cenral rly stion to sristi greenwoods, nookkampakkam, i am getting an error message stating "you have an outstanding balance due to a credit card problem, please update your billing settings"
