Mr — horrible experience

You have sent a toyota crysta car to us for our trip on 10 jan. 2020. The car came promptly 6.00 a. M.

At the first pick up point, the driver found the front right side tyre flat. When he tried to replace it with the spare wheel, he found that too flat.

No doubt the driver got another vehicle. But that only after 3 hours.

Our trip was delayed very much and our plans got upset. On the whole it was a bad experience.

The driver was good. We have nothing to complain about him.

Should you not ensure that the vehicle sent was in good condition and checked in all aspects, particularly the tyres and spare wheel.

You need to compensate us for the delay that followed and the inconvenience we were put through
