I had paid rs 766/ for hp gas (Mayur gas agency) sandur, ballari district, karnataka on 16/01/2020, through citrusp*pushpam, the amount is deducted from my account and credited to citrusp* pushpam but not not paid to the mayur gas agency, they forced and collected the cash of rs 760/ saying that the amount is not transferred.

Please look into the matter see that amount is returned to the same account no at the earliest.
