I booked 2 sleeper seat ticket for my brother & his wife with a 3 month old kid from chennai to Tirunelveli on[protected]. The bus had to start at 7 pm. But the 6pm passengers were waiting for their bus. The MRM travels & Red bus personnel were not present in their office and there given mobile phones were switched off. At about 9:30pm a MRM travels staff came and arranged a bus which was not a sleeper. Also he boarded all the 4 bus passengers(4 bus had few seats only booked) in that single bus and waited till 12am to get filled. The bus dropped my brother at Nagercoil instead of Tirunevleli. My brother had this horific experience. The Red bus is still showin the MRM travels for booking. They are filtering this irresponsible, unprofessional bus from their site.
