I book two tickets from tirunelveli to Chennai at redbus app they send the driver details I call the informed my boarding point but bus come at 1 hour late but i missed the bus because they send wrong driver details and they say to come at another location when they call I reach that point within 10 mins but they not wait, I wait for travel more than 45 mins.     The bus booking was from Nagercoil to Chennai. After talking over phone the bus driver had agreed to pick up at a location in kavalkinaru. My wife used to board the same bus from this location.However just before the bus arrival the driver changed his tone and started shouting at her. They disagreed to stop at this location and asked to board from another location. After lot of arguments they stopped the bus at kavalkinaru. However the driver and co operator started talking rudely due to which we did not board the bus. After the incident I called the bus operator at Nagercoil. He also started talking in a rude way to my wife. This shows that MRM travel is not safe for ladies. I asked him if he doesn't know how to talk to ladies. He literally said he doesn't know. His is definitely born to an uncultured family. He shouldn't be given job at all. If he doesn't know how to respect customers the what kind of service is he providing. He has taken our money and being rude is not right. I won't ever let my wife travel in this bus again, I don't feel safe myself. Who ever is seeing this please take a strict action and be careful if you are travelling in this bus.

        Bus operator - bus timings and the amenities

        I booked a bus on RedBus in MRM Travels from Trichy to Chennai dated on 04-Sept-2022 at 1.45pm. The bus came to the stop 1 hr 30 mins late arrived at 3.30pm. And the bus is an AC bus. But I don’t have the AC vent for my seat. I’m travelling with the utmost irritation and suffocation inside the bus. I plead people not to book your bus journeys at MRM travels.         Wallet missing

        I was travelling and I missed the wallet asap I went back to check but it was missing on my sleeper . Wallet had 6-7k it was my Hard earned savings . When I informed them they replied I thought it was 50k just for that are u crying . Like what each penny matters.
        It was a delayed arrival to destination as well I came across so many complaints about them on google saying bags went missing .

          I traveled from Chennai to nagercoil on 25th Dec at 9:15pm. I got down to use washroom at 2am. Bus left even without checking number of passengers. I was left all alone in middle of night without purse or mobile. My nearby passenger informed driver that I have not come. Then they stopped the bus. When I asked the driver regarding the matter, he never took responsibility for his action and started blaming other. Never apologized. Worst traveling experience. Bus started 1 hr late.

            I have booked ticket at MRM travels for NON AC sleeper seat Number LA6 for 2200 Rs.
            Actual pick up time is 9.30 pm.
            But bus came to pick up is 12 Am . 2.30 Hours late pickup.
            And i made to wait in the pickup point in rain and got sick.
            Also bus driver is driving very un normal speed to match the delay.
            When we ask the headoffice the person didn't respond properly.
            I have video and audio proof for the same.
            Kindly refund my bus fare towards my sick and full night we couldn't sleep because of speedy drive and next day we couldn't reach on time.
            This is hectic experience.

                I have booked mrm bus from tirunelveli to chennai in redbus (Tnbt[protected] and boarded the bus. After a couple of hours they parked the bus at the roadside and asked the passengers to make their own arrangements to reach their destination. No effort was made to make any alternative. When a customer asks the staff about such behaviour and demanded aternate arrangements, he was told that nothing the legal system can do for the customers. The service has long history of customer harassment but managed to get away scott free

                    I book my ticket at may 20-2019. I pack the things and ready to go for bus stand. When the way to busstand i receive one call from mrm travels (Nagercoil grace travels) that pls come before the time all passenger are arrived. Then me inform not possible. Asper your timing we will there. Then he called again and again i informed pls don’t call me or disturb me. When we reach there they shout at me why u cont come we we ask. I don’t understand why this # behave like this. Then i also shout them then they inform i[censored] want u can cancell the ticket. But we won’t refund. Then i ask why to cancel. I reach na. They inform u reach. But why u not come when we inform to come earlier thank 1/2 an hour. Then they ask to get out from the bus. Inform not possible. Their one man in grace travels without hair in head he inform. Iam the owner of this travels. Can u get out and this bus. Then another of touch bag and ask to come down. Then i inform not possible. This my first bad experience in my life when i travel. Iam travelling past 12 years. Worst experience. Only with mrm travels, (Grace travels nagercoil). 100 % this kind of worst person cont able to run the travels proper. I don’t like to see the mrm buss in my life time to my eye. I hope they will close soon. Because of worst behaviour. Grace travels worst travels in nagercoil. Worst person running that.

                      Mrm travels with vehicle number 1166 departed from koyambed iocl was operated by drunken driver.
                      He was using horn with high sound in between public crowd, which disturbing people and made a uncomfortable situation for the public. The driver was rude and fighting with every one whom ever is questing him. He had stabbed a guy who questioned.
                      Driver was on the road fighting with public.
                      Rowdies are being employeed on the bus. Passengers be away.

The mrm travels as these no proper facilities non ac bus as they are charging 1100 rs double the rate not only these travels most of the travel doing the same.. Kindly take necessary actions. So that as a middle class people can't afford these rates. As some action needs to be taken regarding all the travels who are charging more from the passengers

                            Please never think of traveling by mrm. They are fraud no: 1, since once you enter the bus, u will find someone else sitting on ur seat. The conductor will ask u to sit on another seat and after sometime someone else will come and ask u to vacate. I just wonder what the heck the mrm owner is doing. I m sure that his mother might have been screwd by many persons at a time in front of him with the permission fro his father and this made this person to think such innovative idea of booking a single seat for many passengers.

                              Guys, before reading this please keep in mind the value of the money that we spend for our travel and the rights that we have as u consumer. I am writing this not with the anger on mrm travels. But with a social responsibility. Please do read and plan ur travel worth of money. And let not be victim of money minded business people.

                              I have traveled in this bus mrm travels boarding from perungaluthur chennai to coimbatore on 29th of july 2016. It was the very worst travel experience that i had.

                              I booked seat 1 and 2 online. But after boarding the bus, they asked me to take some other seat. Bcos they allocated my seats for some persons carrying a big parcel. (Since my seat will be comfortable to keep a parcel). They did this without even informing me or asking me. They are least bothered about my comfort. They got some money from few people and boarded so many parcels inside the bus which made the journey of the people very uncomfortable like travelling in parcel lorry and conjusted. Due to so many parcels in the bus, i could nt keep the luggage in the luggage space in bus and so i kept the luggage near my leg which was very very conjusted. The fare is also high and not worth of it.. They were rude also in making me convince.

                              Please let us not grow these type of people.

                                    I booked the ticket in MRM Travels via redbus.com from Chennai- Madurai on 14th Aug 2015 night 11.15pm. In my pickup point was perungalathur. I was waiting there from 10.45 pm. And try to call the given contact details regarding the bus status. They said the bus was on the way. But until 12.30 they are repeatedly saying this. After that, they said the bus was already gone before the time. And they said we refund the money to your account within 5 working days. But still i didn't get any money back. I try to call them, but they didn't pick the call. i attached the photo copy with this. please refund my money asap.

                                    Same thing happened to me i was travelled from kovilpatti to chennai.. i called them and they said the bus was 1 hour late i waited in my boarding point but later i contacted driver after 10 calls he picked and said we crossed your location. And later i took another bus and went and i intimated both red bus and bus opreator but very poor response from both still they didnt refunded!

                                      i have booked two Ticket through Yatra.com. two tickets cost about 1800/- from nagercovil to chennai. When enter bus fews seat are filled rest seems to vacant. one passenger directly came and bought ticket for nagercovil to chennai for 700 Rs. Our seat number we have booked 1 & 2 but was not able to keep my leg fully(my height was few inch less than5 feet) and other seat they had big two iron rod which is towards your head.If high any sudden brake they put i promise you for sure your head break into two piece. explanation they gave is before they had TV it seems. After i shouted they gave me last seat i was booked 1 & 2 i got 33 & 34. Staff started threating me like they will send off middle of route and hit me i have to bare it and adjusted on way for me i have to come to chennai on that day.. Bus time was 6:30 to 7:30 . they were started in 7:00 when they reached Tirunalveli it was 8;00 and then have started from there 9;30... from the bus everyone got afriad of bus speed and even child were there. Kindly take action against yatra and MRM bus.

                                        I had a very worst experience with MRM travels. I booked 3 sleepers at 8:00 pm departure time on 4th May 2015, but they suddenly changed the timing to 9:00 pm. They are not informed properly about this time change. We asked boarding at Porur tollgate but, they ignore our request. I phoned to their mobile about asking timing, but they never picked up the call. It was a very frustrated situation. Then we went to CMBT station and boarded the bus. In the bus, they frequently change the seat. Apart from this, they drove the bus very slowly and took nearly 13 hrs to reach Tirunelveli. Really worst bus service, don't try this.

                                          I mistakenly booked a ticket at 6am instead of 6pm..from nagercoil to chennai at MRM travels obviously no one would like to travel at day time, I tried to cancel it and book another one at my preferred time. but there is no cancellation policy. wat ? isn't it.? Attached ticket for your reference. Boarding point what they mentioned in the site is Aboorva Hotel near Central Bus Stand. we waited there till 2 PM and called MRM travels coordinator, they said bus cannot come to Central bus stand and they asked us to come to puthukottai bypass which is 5 to 6 kms away from the boarding point . Passengers are Ladies and Kids, no Gents accompanied them.They are not familiar to Trichy, this is the first time they are going to Trichy. They do not know the place what they mentioned over the phone that too in last minute after we called them. Passengers took auto from Central and reached the bypass. Auto fare is 100 rs. Bus came at 3 PM, 1hr late . While boarding the bus, the driver ill treated ladies passengers saying "why you called so many times and disturbing us, i[censored] want board the bus or get off the bus ". Since they are alone, with no choice they boarded into the bus despite of this ill treatment by the driver. When they boarded inside the bus, to their surprise the seats already occupied by some other persons. They asked the driver regarding the issue. Driver responded so poorly. He said " No one is following the seat number/order, sit in the seats whichever available/unoccupied." Passengers are asked to take some other seats which are at back. Driver did not allow us to sit in the seat which we booked through online via REDBUS. Driver given seat next to a unknown male for my sister . Why is this happening?????????? what is the use of we booking seats in advance????? I called the MRM Travels coordinator and reported this isuue, the response i received is totally unethical and unacceptable. Really unacceptable.!!! Coordinator too asked me to "adjust with the seat what the driver has given in alternate for your booked seats or you can complain to REDBUS or whomever you want. we have only those seats available. People who are sitting in the seats booked by you are already boarded from different point, they are travelling for long time, we cant ask them to change the seats now". When my sister asked to give the booked seats, Driver behaved too harshly and scolded her saying "Are you Women or Ghost. Are you Rowdy????". Is for getting these words from a Driver we paid and travelling in this bus???????? I called driver and coordinator lot many times, they are not picking the call. I am calling your REDBUS service from 2 PM today (28/12/2014), till am in call with your customer care. Till now I spoke with 8 members . to each person i narrated the whole incident, each person they said will take action. But we did not get a solution for this harassment or ill treatment or for this uncomfortable travel which my sisters are travelling now. When your customer care person contacted the owner and driver, they lied as many lies they can. Travels said at first 13 seats are free, next time they said 6 seats are free. when my sister asked to give the booked seats for them even now around 5.45 M, they said, seats are wet, thats why we alloted some other seats. Oh God, When my sister boarded the bus, no rain was there, Driver did not give seats what we have booked from the boarding point itself. These are totally lies. Even to your Customer care member "Shymala Charan", driver responded very poorly when she enquired why they haven't allocated the seats booked through redbus. thats the reason she moved this issue to your next level authority. Even now am calling your person "Sharath". No use... We are really deeply frustrated, irritated, pizzed off by this travel the GREAT MRM !!! your REDBUS!!! My sister is coming to chennai for her Uterus Cancer operation . We fought with travels for this reason only till now to allocate her the booked seats, she is going to reach now to chennai. but still no use.. no answer for us... We are left with no solution till now... I will never ever again book tickets in REDBUS. This is a lifetime lesson for me to not to trust your site and the travels provided by you... I never expected such a poor response from you... I am totally disappointed, cheated by you - REDBUS. When I am calling your customercare person they repeatedly telling to send mail, so that you will take care... Bus is running now, we cant do anything now, once you off board the bus, lease send a mail... If a person is dying for his life in bus, will you ask us to mail you after off boarding the bus???? My sisters are also facing or suffering such a situation in that bus now, RIGHT NOW... What you did till now?????????????? what is the answer for me????????????? what is the solution for this issue??????????????? I number we contacted your great great customer service are +91-[protected] +91-[protected]. If you di not believe our words you can track all the calls and the conversation made from these numbers with your customercare. Expecting a immediate, very immediate action from you, as you people asked us to send mail ... Dont make us to publish this issue and your poor response in social sites, consumer sites by letting our issue unanswered or unnoticed...                                           Mam my wife also faced a similar issue today. They have absolutely no sense of talking to women. I beleive it's lack of proper education and upbringing that they think it's ok to behave so. They should be strictly punished. Problem is there is no one to discipline these ###. Somebody should . That somebody should be jurisdiction. But no one is taking an action.

                                            I booked 2 sleeper seat ticket for my brother & his wife with a 3 month old kid from chennai to Tirunelveli on[protected]. The bus had to start at 7 pm. But the 6pm passengers were waiting for their bus. The MRM travels & Red bus personnel were not present in their office and there given mobile phones were switched off. At about 9:30pm a MRM travels staff came and arranged a bus which was not a sleeper. Also he boarded all the 4 bus...

                                            When I travelled in MRM Travels from coimbatore to Chennai on (6th Oct 14)they told timing is 10.15 & arrival time ill be on 6.00am . Root ll be tambaram.but they departure time is 11.30 & arrival time is 8.30am on Perungalathur they told bus ll not get inside to tambaram.those seats not proper push back facilities its like an last seats on available in other travels

                                              I had the worst experience of travelling from nagercoil to chennai in the name of special bus. The bus was breakdown that i had to travel to thirunelveli in a rash drived bus and a worst bus from tirunelveli to chennai. I had to start by 5.30pm from there which dragged till 9pm. Pls dont opt this bus.

                                                I had a Miserable journey from Nagercoil to Chennai lastnight. They charged 1111 per person and I traveled with my family and my kid.
