Mro Office, Aler — irresponsible at their duty/work of vro and mro

Sir,
I applied for food security card (Fsc) in the month of august[protected]:14:05.) and i submitted the required documents to the concern village revenue officer at aler mro office but till now they didn't respond to my food security card application the actual time required for member addition is 30 working days but the officers are not doing work properly when i consult them they will say that your request is under process three months are completed, after 3months when i consult they are saying i'll complete the work within 10days but my request is still pending, no one was responsible. If i complaint to the mro of aler they also not helpfull. Not only my application is pending i seen many people have the same issue but the officer is not responding so please take the action as soon as possible and solve my issue sir...
