Teleshopping companies were called me and you have won two gram gold coin and a vivo v9 mobile and they told me you must pay 3400 rs and today it came and that's fake coin of below 100 and I called them so many times and they can't receive calls and I called to m/s equinex enterprises they telling we don't have that type of speed post delivery pls help me

I have been noticing that 3500 is stolen by equinox enterprise, I don't know now is it a fake company or not but I will track down beat all who is involved, So before I do anything its better to give back all money stolen, ...this is not a threat mf... but this is a simple warning which u have to understand
I received a call from a numbers[protected], [protected], [protected], they said they r from teleshopping company and i have won mobile phone and 2gram gold coin, for 3400rs only.. so they asked my address and details, I gave them everything what they asked.. after 2days I got call from them that parcel has reached my nearest post office located in our area, when I went and paid 3400 to collect my parcel, iam shocked that parcel contains nothing in that, it contains only spiritual things which may cost 50rs .. when I called them again to inform what I got, they said that my parcel has changed by mistake and my actual parcel will arrive through courier within 4days, I waited 5days but still nothing has come and iam trying to call them but they r not recieving my calls, phone number I mentioned above ... I have been cheated and losed 3400rs .. please help me.. and take an action against them .
