M/s Mind Mart Bhubaneswar — Did Not refund my fees taken for job assurance

I was told by the consultancy that if i pay 4000 i will be provided with job, but yhelp me. After making several calls and request they did not respond and returned me only 1500 rupees which is not even the half of the amount i have paid them. I request please hep me to lodge complain against the website, am not the alone who got cheated there are several others also trapped by this consultancy.
