I, Ashoke Kumar Saha having consumer ID 09634/[protected] took delivery of Indane gas cylinder on 17/12/21 from M/s Radha Raman Gas Service, Kolkata 700093. During delivery the delivery agent never follow the rules of showing weight and OK condition of the cylinder.
Accordingly, on date when I tried to start the cylinder, no gas was coming out. So over telephone a complaint was recorded. A person came but without any action returned back giving advice for written complaint with receipt. The matter will then be looked into. I informed that the last bill is at present not traceable due to cleaning of rooms. The person then informed that without the receipt the service couldn't be rendered.
My queries are when once telephonic complaint has already been lodged and persons concern visited then why to lodge 2nd time complaint in black & white and that too be lodged physically to the dealer's office. I think it is a purely a dilli dally tactics and just to harras the customer. For your kind information such type of poor services we have to face many times earlier.
Therefore, kindly look into the matter immediately to solve the problem.
