I, Ashoke Kumar Saha having consumer ID 09634/[protected] took delivery of Indane gas cylinder on 17/12/21 from M/s Radha Raman Gas Service, Kolkata 700093. During delivery the delivery agent never follow the rules of showing weight and OK condition of the cylinder.
Accordingly, on date when I tried to start the cylinder, no gas was coming out. So over telephone a complaint was recorded. A person came but without any action returned...

Delay in gas delivery
I am a consumer of Indane having consumer no.7211.My local distributor is M/S Radharaman Gas service.I booked on 03/07/09 but still haven't received cylinder.Today the van men visited our locality and delivered gas in our neighbourhood but we didn't receive any response from them.I don't know why are we devoid of the service?...
