Bill number[protected] bu - 4173 i have been complaining about excess bill and arrears for last 2 years. I have complained on call center for more than 6 times. Submitted complaints on mahavitaran app for 4 times. Personally visited 3 offices for more than 10 times but none of the officer names sonawane/chitorkar/ were able to fix my issue... March month they gave me a bill of 10000 against the average bill of 1200 that i get.. I was forced to pay 5000 after their some calculations which they were not able to explain.. I clearly stated that this time i am not gonna make payment and dare if you disconnect. Egoistic and arrogant officers did the same and disconnected my connection today. They have even spoken unprofessionallay with my mother.. It's a serious and request your immediate intervention.
