To Whom So Ever Concerned.Myself Ramzan Solanki residing at Vasai West (Thane) and My Complaint is regarding Constant HIGH ELECTRICITY BILL by MSED (Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company).Over the Last few years i have been following up with MSED service men to fix or to investigate high bill issue, But no one is taking responsibility to investigate instead i have always been asked to pay the bill and if not many a times have also been THREATENED for cutting off the ELECTRICITY if not paid.There were few service men who investigated the meter and the house to check the possible reasons for high bill and finally i was suggested to change the HOME WIRING and FEW HOME APPLIANCES as they were old to consume more units, i certainly felt good about the reasons they mentioned and have some how managed to change the REFRIGERATOR and entire HOUSE WIRING hoping the bill would be as per usage.Nevertheless, The Meter was changed, few Home Appliances and entire house wiring was changed, but not the HIGH BILL, it was even more than before, i finally called the MSED call center to file a complaint few months ago, below are my complaints no.934268, 1213647, 1692966, 1829415 (Most Recent, spoke to MobeenAfter These Complaints i got a Bill of -1750 for the month of AUG 2014, I found very suspicious so i called up customer care and was informed it was due to High Bill complaint that i made, the Next Month i got a Bill of 110 INR, i called up again and was informed that all the future Bills would be adjusted in the High Bill issue Amount paid in the past.It was than the Most Horrifying Bill i got was for the months of OCT 2014 which calculated 10, 360 INR (1211 Units) which was the highest bill i have ever got. I work in a company where the working hours are not fixed, hence my Father Went to the Area Division office where he was told that the Amount of 10, 360 is the average of the last 3 bills, but they again said the difference amount will be adjusted in future bills, My Father have somehow managed to get it down to 7, 000 which still i cannot afford to pay.My Complaints is still not been answered and i am getting High Bill every alternate months with very minimal consumptions. Please take my request further and let us free from the High Bill and let us pay for what we use.
