Msedcl — About non consideration of valid online bill payment

I have paid electricity bill for the month of February 2023 for consumer number[protected] by gpay by scaning QR code on the bill. Same is debited from my account and credited to tpslQR. However now the company is showing it as unpaid . Please resolve the problem.
