Dear sir, Consumer no:[protected] Billing unit: 4598/ ganesh khind sub-dn/shivaji Sir this is to bring to your notice that my flat in pune is vacant/not in use since may 2018 & we are paying whatever minimum bill comes per month online. But it was really surprising to see the bill amount which used to be rs 300, to 350 suddenly started coming rs.1560 per month from the month of june 2018 onward and as per your rule we paid all the bills online.. When the person who visit for take the reading told that our meter is faulty and we gave written application to change the meter to your pune office on 28.11.2018 and then again on[protected] and several time telephone call made too but still no action. We are facing this issue form last one year but the issue has not been resolved yet which is really shocking. We ones again requesting you to please change our meter and adjust the future bills through this excess amount paid by us. Please do the needful at the earliest.
