I have recently purchased msi GF65 Thin 10SER notebook on 08/08/2021 from Flipkart. From the very first week of its purchase, it started showing temporary malfunctioning and completely stopped functioning on 21/08/2021. I have already registered a complaint about the product damage in Flipkart and the same with MSI customer care, since the only option that they suggested was to give the product to the nearby MSI service center. Due to the covid pandemic, the service centers were closed for two weeks, so I have given the product for servicing on 02/09/2021 after reopening the nearby service center. (petra infoserv Calicut, Kerala) .I kindly request you to replace my product with a new one as early as possible. Was this information helpful? |
