      My motherboard is in warranty period. It has 3 years warranty. I've given my motherboard 2 times first they give me a repair. But it my motherboard didn't work. Then they told me to courier my motherboard again to Delhi I live in Gujarat still I had to deliver to Delhi which cost me 400rs. They have pickup centre called Kaizen in Rajkot Gujarat still I had to courier it to Delhi. And now they're saying that component is rusted that's why they cannot give me a replacement. I live in Veraval Gujarat near sea. It is common that thing gets rusty. I do not put my motherboard in open I've installed it in cabinet still it gets rusty that's not my problem.

        I got MSI GL63 laptop and it's left corner screen got some black dead pixels on screen and i have already visited on your pune service station but they told me that it's screen liquid problem and it's been only 1.5 years and it's still in warranty and in 1.5 year i have already faced 2 issues in my my laptop like motherboard dead and pannel issue and i have already raised a ticket, kindly please help me in this because it's only been only 1.5 year and how can be a screen issue soo early please help me in this I hope msi will help me in this msi should do some better in there products very bad service msi.             I have recently purchased msi GF65 Thin 10SER notebook on 08/08/2021 from Flipkart. From the very first week of its purchase, it started showing temporary malfunctioning and completely stopped functioning on 21/08/2021. I have already registered a complaint about the product damage in Flipkart and the same with MSI customer care, since the only option that they suggested was to give the product to the nearby MSI service center. Due to the covid pandemic, the service centers were closed for two weeks, so I have given the product for servicing on 02/09/2021 after reopening the nearby service center. (petra infoserv Calicut, Kerala) .I kindly request you to replace my product with a new one as early as possible.

              On 19th june I gave my GPU GTX 1050ti OC edition for replacement in okhla, Delhi MSi service center. I have been calling MSI service center for information regarding my product and since then they are telling me to wait for Monday but I receive 0 calls from them. I'm tired of calling the service center for it its more than a month and still they haven't replaced it.

                  After 5 months of juggling between Delhi - Pune, my laptop was handed over to me.
                  I have finally received my laptop after travelling 650 Kms twice to your Pune service center.

                  The laptop is starting up fine and while testing on the service centre - nothing but a few screws from the back panel were missing along with a shaky body. But that was still OK.

                  Guess what .. The monitor itself is changed. I had an issue with the motherboard and there was no need to even touch the monitor.. The monitor side cover is flappy and has an opening.

                  You'll say this might be an assembly issue.. But the hardware has been changed too :)

                  MSI GV 62 8RE comes with a 1ms response 1080p IPS level monitor.

                  I now have a monitor with white pressure spots over it and the maximum supported resolution is 1366x768 :)

                    Brought a computer from pb tech online its a trident 3 series the promotional ad says if i buy a trident 3 series computer i get a gaming chair with purchase i filled out all details and sent all off. i recieved computer from shop ontime gaming chair hasnt turned up this is month later nothing shows up tried to complain to msi website but its damn near impossible to make contact with anyone on website

                      Hello. This is Rajendra Narayan Kundu. I had bought a "MSI GeForce RTX 2060 Super Ventus OC" Graphics Card.

                      It was providing very low fps. Actually it should provide at least 150 fps in 1080p in full stress. But it was providing only about 48 fps.

                      So, I had sent it for RMA. Next, after a long month, I got my GPU back in worse condition than before. I had sent it within its proper box and with all of the covers of the pins and ports of the GPU. But when I had got it, it was in a teared box of another GPU. All the covers of the pins and ports of the GPU were missing. And the worst thing was that the GPU was providing as much bad performance as before. I don't know if the service center had done anything with the GPU. But no improvements were observed!

                      So, I sent the GPU again for RMA. And guess what? I got it back again in the condition as bad as before. What the hell is going on? It is really very frustrating. I spent more than 1, 000 Rs. as courier charges. Besides, I am a web designer. So, my whole income depend on my PC. And it got stuck for more than 2 months in these processes in vain. So, my whole income was also suspended.

                      I mailed them again. But they have not replied. It is really the worst RMA service I have ever dealt with.

And I would send this defective one as soon as I would get that one. Thus my work would not be stopped again as it was already suspended for more than two months.

                          My laptop was picked up by the courier 2 weeks and 6 days ago as of time of writing with a simple memory problem that I was able to diagnose at home despite not having any experience in IT. I have received contradictory information about the stage of my laptop's repair for the entire duration of this RMA. Initially I was told this repair would take between 2-3 weeks. Whilst paying for part of my laptop repair earlier this week, I was told that I could expect my laptop back midway through the week of December 7th. However, my online RMA repair tracking service (which has only been updated once: today) now says that my laptop can be expected back on the 16th of December. I am a university student and thus will have been without my laptop for 5 weeks (as opposed to the 2-3 I was initially quoted); making it incredibly difficult to continue my online studies especially without a courtesy laptop. Please can you give me an accurate date as to when I can expect my laptop back, and please hurry it along. I find it incredibly unprofessional for a customer to told multiple pieces of contradictory information, and for a repair on this scale to take over a month, despite coronavirus restrictions.

                              I had an issue with hinges of a msi laptop ( model :gl63 8rd). As per them that is a manufacturing defect in the design of the model (not just my laptop but the whole series). They fixed it by making the hinges so loose its barely possible to use the laptop. There is no where to complain about that so i had to accept it. Then i faced issues with my camera as it stopped working. On 24th August 2020 I went to claim my warranty and get my laptop repaired. After 24 days had to pick up the laptop with fault camera as they said they don't have the necessary parts to repair my laptop. On 26th October i checked the Status of my laptop and found that they had the audacity to close my complaint with no mention of the fact that the laptop hasn't been repaired yet.I contacted them and all they had to was to contact the service center or wait. The service center always tells me rudely that they don't know a thing and to contact the customer support.

                                BEWARE MSI CUSTOMERS
                                Dear MSI consumers,
                                This is to share my experience with MSI warranty.
                                I had a problem with MSI motherboard during warranty period. The company directed me to submit the it at their collection centre which they said will check the same before accepting for warranty service.
                                I submitted the same to their designated centre and the person there checked the motherboard and okayed it for further process and mentioned received in good condition on their voucher.
                                I was told that I will get the motherboard back within 7 to 10 days.
                                13 days passed and I did not hear from them so I enquired about it. Then began their game first dillying dallying then saying they have got the wrong motherboard against my rma number. And a few more days later that they have received my motherboard and it has been rejected as they found the pins damaged so the warranty is now void.
                                I corresponded with them for many days almost on a daily basis that your collection centre had examined the motherboard and received it in good condition and that they have mentioned this in their receipt so how come that you received the motherboard in damaged condition, and even if you did receive it in damaged condition then it was not damaged till the time I had handed over the same to their collection centre. So I am not responsible for what happened after that.
                                But the company's representative dealing with the issue just kept repeating that they examine again when it is received at their headquarters, and there they received it in damaged condition as such the warranty is rejected.
                                One interesting and very important point to note in this whole affair is that the day I went to their collection centre to hand over the motherboard the person there said that the motherboard was manufactured in September so my warranty had expired. I showed him the bill that I had purchased the item in December so it is still under warranty. But the person again argued that warranty counts from the date of manufacture.
                                So I had to tell him that do you expect the customers to go to the factory to buy. This itself shows that the company and their representatives had malafide intentions from day one. They play all the tricks when it comes to handling warranty.
                                They are so dim-witted that they don’t realise that they are dealing with owners of computers who can’t be fooled.
                                I have suffered and I am stating this just to make the customers aware that paying more thinking that we are buying quality is erroneous because warranty is a gamble and these companies have a tendency for avoiding it.
                                Companies charge more when they provide warranty. So what’s the point in buying costlier items just because it is covered by a warranty if that warranty is not to be honoured by them.
                                It is better to buy cheaper stuff and throw away when there is a problem and buy a new and may be the latest one.

                                    I purchase laptop on dtd. 10 th october-2018. Within a year there is hinge problem in laptop so i went to service center ahmedabad and they repair it but after 10 to 15 days laptop stop working there is black blue lines comes when i boot laptop so that i again service center twice they repair it but this problem come again within 15 days so i een to service center three times sich is far way form my home but my problem is not solved
                                    So this piece is faulty and i am tired after purchasing this laptop. I request you to msi kindly replace my laptop and solved my problem as soon as possible. I also talk to msi call centre in india but the problem is not solved. Laptop is given to your ahmedabad (Gujarat) service center on dtd. 28/12/19. Actually what is really fault in laptop he was not find it. I am tired. Your service center so far away my home and i am going your service center four times so that the total cost of fare for attending service centre rs.8000 already i expense till today. So that only one option either replace laptop or return my money. Till today my laptop under your vision care service centre, ambawadi, ahmedabad. To day i call to your vision care service centre, ahmedabad but the person behaviour of service center is very hopeless and he told to me you camplain to customer care

                                      I have purchased a motherboard of MSI company just 3 Months back. But motherboard was faulty it has damaged suddenly. It was sent to service center I was expecting a replacement as it is in warranty period. But they said the lan port is burnt and denied to replace. My previous motherboard was working fine for last 5 years and no internet issues, then how come this new motherboard port is burnt within 2.5 months ??!!
                                      I will say the motherboard is faulty and the port was damaged already. I feel cheated and my all money gonna wasted, I will not accept this.
                                      MSI Motherboard was faulty and it is in warranty period so MSI Company have to replace it.

                                        2 month laptop died, msi service centre tells the motherboard is dead after 45 days and that is i have to constantly ask for update from them, call the customer care, write a email which i have still not received any response back. Now they given me laptop back with inactivated windows, loose hinges, scratch all over the body and half the screws missing on the back.

                                          I purchased msi laptop from msi who's running by advance it solution proprietor manish...
                                          Unfortunately laptop screen issues occurred and handover the laptop to mr. Manish who is now absconder. I done the payment too for repair which is assured by manish.
                                          Now company is not entertaining as the shop is not msi shop.
                                          Can you tell me if you are not able to open the proper shop then why you giving the agency.
                                          That's means that no one buy laptop from msi agency or dealer.
                                          Please look into this as i paid rs.111000/- which hardened money for me.

                                            I had submitted my deffective motherboard on 19.5.2018 (Rma - rbw[protected]. After 10-15 days i received the m/b and tested that with my cpu. But it was dead. Then i returned it to the service centre repeatedly. I told them whether any checking process of m/b have in their service centre. They told "no". I submitted that board again (Rma - rbw[protected] on 27.6.2018. Still now, i didn't get any feedback. What the worst service are you providing to the customers?

                                              After 37 days, msi provided me a credit note, when they were not able to repair or replace my product. I took it to acro engineering bangalore, they informed the cn was worth 12, 000. I bought msi gtx970 4g, 2 years ago for 40, 000. It is in warranty and they are offering a 30% refund. I called the msi local service executive mr. [protected]@ +91 [protected]. He tried to fool me saying the card used to cost 23, 000. I laughed on the call and told i will contact msi directly. I still do not have any response from msi.
                                              So the scam msi is running is after a year, they will say the product is not available, and will offer you a repay of 30% the value. So do not purchase msi products.

                                                I have purchased the Motherboard MSI Z87-G43 (S.No[protected]B[protected]) on April 5th 2014 from Mahavir Computers Chennai.

                                                A month ago my PC was not working and I had technicians from my place to verify the issue and they narrowed it down to the motherboard (Which was under warranty for 3 years). I have given the board to Aforeserve (Service center for MSI) in Noida via through
                                                Acro engineering (who are wholesale distributors for MSI in Chennai). NO. 90, G.N.T.ROAD, PONNIAMMAN MEDU, MADHAVARAM, CHENNAI-600110 on March 21st.

                                                RMA number- RTAA[protected]

                                                I have been given the above RMA number and they started processing the service issue. Initially I thought they are servicing my motherboard and it was taking more than a week and I started questioning people from Aforeserve (diksha.[protected]@aforeserve.co.in, mohit.[protected]@aforeserve.co.in, sushil.[protected]@aforeserve.co.in) and I got a reply from Diksha that it was under repair and I will be notified once it is done on April 4.

                                                After a week without any reply from them, I have followed up asking for the status. They replied back saying "Your CN has approved from MSI Taiwan and that will be send it to you once we will receive it" on April 11th. I don't have any idea what a CN is.

                                                I have received a Credit Note from MSI for the motherboard on April 16th. Saying my motherboard working condition as Bad.

                                                Once on receiving the CN, I have contacted Diksha from aforeserve and she told me to take the CN to Acro engineering and they will give me a replacement board.

                                                I believed on what she told me and today I called and enquired people from Acro engineering and they told me that the CN was worth 'Rs.3000' Since they don't have the same board, they told me I can get a new board and they will reduce Rs.3000.

                                                I was really shocked to hear this. I never approved to sell my motherboard in first place and without my approval they did this. Also when my product is under warranty how would they give me 30% of the cost of the board, they should have replaced my board or at least provided me with similar board.

                                                  I recently RMA and got a replacement card this card have issue while playing games like crashing randomly at any time with VERICAL LINE AND SOUNDING LOOP then i have to off pc from main and start again

                                                  it runs windows and excellent temp readings and pass all test but crashes in game i have similar card and i tested that in my computer it works but your replaced card crash in games i install new driver and format pc with win 7, 8 etc but problem still persist i also increase the fan speed and it crash even after that

                                                  i think this card have some faulty chips

                                                    I purchased a game card of MSI around 8 months ago with 3 years of warranty. Now it is showing blurred picture quality, so I went to there repairing centre at Nehru place to repair the product but they refused to do so and was making useless issues. I am very much frustated with this as I had spend around Rs.3000 for this product.

                                                    Please help me in getting this resolved.
