MSI — Laptop warranty repair

I had an issue with hinges of a msi laptop ( model :gl63 8rd). As per them that is a manufacturing defect in the design of the model (not just my laptop but the whole series). They fixed it by making the hinges so loose its barely possible to use the laptop. There is no where to complain about that so i had to accept it. Then i faced issues with my camera as it stopped working. On 24th August 2020 I went to claim my warranty and get my laptop repaired. After 24 days had to pick up the laptop with fault camera as they said they don't have the necessary parts to repair my laptop. On 26th October i checked the Status of my laptop and found that they had the audacity to close my complaint with no mention of the fact that the laptop hasn't been repaired yet.I contacted them and all they had to was to contact the service center or wait. The service center always tells me rudely that they don't know a thing and to contact the customer support.
