Hi, My MSRTC userid is: sachinsjv I have booked MSRTC ticket from official MSRTC website. Bus booking details are as follows: Boisar to Sangli Date of Journey : 29/08/2022 Boarding from: boisar Alighting to: sangli Seat number :14, 15 I have completed payment using atom option: Transaction Date & Time [protected] Time 12:40:54 Merchant Transaction Reference No. [protected] Atom Transaction Reference No. [protected] After payment website directly got redirected to home page instead of showing ticket details. I have not received ticket on mobile number as well as email id. Since ticket was not booked, I booked those seat again by paying again. So please refund the initial payment done by me immediately.
