Msrctc — Ticket Payment made but ticket not Booked

I had booked the 2 tickets from New Shivajinagar bus station To Shirdi for 1st March departure at 6:15 Am. I have made the payment but tickets were not reflecting on the website. Please assist me in the same as soon as possible for the refund. Please find the screenshot below of the payment for your reference.
