Msrtc — Delay of the ST Bus in Satara to Borivali Sukurwadi at 10.30 am 09th June 2015

The ST Bus was to come in Sukkurwadi-Borivali from Satara via Thane at 10:30 AM. My wife & my son of 2 months old are waiting at Bhuinj-Satara from 10:30 AM onwards. I have been calling Satara ST Bus Depo 10 to 15 times but they are giving different excuses like the Bus tyre has punctured, then giving some other excuse. I have been frustrated & paranoid for the same. kindly find my reservation details for your referance :- Reservation Tikit no[protected]. Journey Date - 09th June 2015.
