Msrtc — Severe Customer Inconvenience and arrogance towards customers | |||
Online Ticket No :[protected] Passengers : Uday Kshirsagar & Uma Kshirsagar I had booked tickets of Shivneri Bus leaving at 5.30 from Nashik Mela stand to Shivajinagar, Pune for my parents on 7th May'15. As i am writing this complaint now, they are haplessly fighting with ARROGANT MSRTC STAFF. The concerned bus has arrived 2 hours late from its scheduled arrival and according to my parents, MSRTC AUTHORITIES at Nashik Mela Stand are holding the bus back till 8.00 P.M for no reason. That means there is unncessa ry DELAY of 3 HOURS in busy period such as summer vacations. My parents are Senior citizens and they are fighting a loosing battle with these ARROGANT AUTHORITIES. One of the reasons given by the authorities was that there were cancellations of tickets for 5.30 p.m Shivneri as other customers got frustrated due to non-arrival of bus and they cancelled their tickers. and these authorities are holding back the bus to fill up these seats which is completely not accepatable. I sincerely request to look into this matter at the earliest and save the exploit ation of passengers who are haplessly waiting at Nashik Mela stand for departure of their 5.30 p.m Shivneri bus.
