[Resolved] Mswipe — Refund for the VOID Transaction | |||||
My total bill was 2555 with the vendor. But I was charged for 25555 incorrectly by the vendor who uses your mswipe technology for the card payment. This was then cancelled. and I paid 2555 again using mswipe. For void transaction, I received the message for the same but amount is not refunded yet. This was from the vendor M/s Neelam Singh for card xx9006. Transaction date was for 1st April Was this information helpful? | |||||
