[Resolved]  Mswipe Technologies — 10500 was on hold since december 2016 and even the merchant refunded through app but mswipe is not processing the amount back to my card

I have made a swipe of 10500 on 28th december 2016 with a car rental company in chennai. First time they swiped it took so long for processing and the merchant had to cancel and reswipe the card again. First time i didn't get any notification so i thought it was a declined swipe, second time when they swiped it was successful and got notification from bank. After few days i checked my statement and found that there was two charges. So i contacted the car rental company and said that i have been charged twice, so they checked their statement and said that there is only amount credited to the account and they needed a week to check the issue with the card machine company (Mswipe). After a week i again contacted them and they were still saying that they haven't received the duplicate amount and that's the issue with mswipe. So i told them that i am going for a charge back from my bank side. I filed a charge back with mswipe through my bank. My back said that it will take 3 months for the process to complete. So i waited for 3 long months and finally my bank said that mswipe have informed them that i have made a purchase for 21000 and not 15000 (Which was a utter lie) so they are unable to refund the 10500 (Duplicate amount). So my bank said that the charge back was not successful as i have purchased for 21000 (I have made purchase for only 10500). So i got a poof from the bank that both the amount was credited from my account and went to the car rental company and showed them the proof, so again they contacted mswipe to release the amount which was on hold for more than 6 months, they exchanged emails and phone conversation, no use, no response from mswipe to release the amount. So i finally had to speak directly with mswipe, when i spoke to them they said the car rental company did not respond to them when contacted. So i asked them to refund the amount which was on hold and they said they need an email from the rental company. Again i had to go to the rental company and ask them to email them and waited for a week, no response and i didnt get the refund yet. So i finally asked the mswipe guys what's the final way to get refund. They said to use the mwsipe merchant app and refund the amount. Again i went to the rental company sat with them and refunded the 10500 (Hold amount) on 8th july through the app (I have taken a pic of the refund notification in my phone). The notification said to wait for 72 hrs for the process to complete. After a week again i contacted mswipe and the representative said that the refund have been processed and wait for 2 more days. I waited, no refund received to my account. Again i called and was informed that the guy will for the request once again and wait for another 2 days. Again i waited. No refund. I lost all my patience and called them and said that i wanted to a supervisor, they said they cant transfer the call, so i asked about the refund the guy said yes it has been refunded. So asked for a refund reference number, he place me on hold for 15 minutes and disconnected the call. I called them again and asked for the refund reference number again they placed me on hold for 20 minutes and disconnected the call. I totally lost my patience and called once again and after fighting for 15 minutes, i was able to speak to a supervisor. He asked me to send an email and i got a response that my amount will be processed in 4 working days (There was nothing indicating the actual amount of 10500 in the email just an amount). I replied to the email asking for a compensation for the amount which was on hold for 7 months and the disrespect and agony i went through when i called them. Again i got a response that my amount will be processed in 4 working days, and the 4 working days is over and here i am registering a complaint as i havent received any refund or response from swipe.
