It is deeply regretted that inspite of my repeated requests and reminders you have not bothered to settle the amount of rs. 1072/- till this time. You have been frivolously informing me time and again that the amount had been settled, whereas the fact is that your neft ref no.[protected] bounced back on 31/10/2016 due to deliberate act of commission by you. I would for the last time request you to settle the amount immediately within 2 days, failing i shall be constrained to initiate all such action as may be required at your risk and so as to costs.
