[Resolved] Mswipe Technologies — additional rent deducted | |||
My mobile number is [protected] and my name is kathreen khan. I have lodged a complaint with mswipe call centre, complaint number tbk02569173 as 30k plan has been activated without my permission. I have received no calls regarding this. And an extra payment of 177rs has been deducted towards rental charges. The refund has not been credited in my bank account. Its been over 10 days. Every time i am told another 2 days. Please resolve this issue asap and refund the extra money. Was this information helpful? | |||
