[Resolved] Mswipe Technologies — amex and international card activation not activated

I had submitted documents to activate Amex and International card services on 1st FEB and was told that same will be done within 7 working days. Even after repeated reminders and follow ups its still not activated those its already 25 days since i had sent the documents. Whenever i call customer care i get only one liner reply that it will get activated within so and so days and when i follow it up again on that day, i get one more standard reply of the same.

I have a unused mswipe machine which i have in 2013 for my business.But its not in used till date.I want to deactivate service and tell me process for Security Amount Refund.
