Mswipe Technologies — Amount deducted but not credited to merchant.

I have done a transaction on 22/09/2021 to SEENA FOOTWEAR via GPAY to Mswipe UPI by scanning the QR code given by the merchant. The amount of transaction was Rs.3770. The transaction was successful at my end the amount got deducted from my account, but not credited to merchant account. Its been three days since I have not received my deducted amount and I am not sure whether the amount will be credited to my account or merchants account.
