Mswipe Technologies — Amount did not received in shop account

As i had done swipe of a customer through customers debit card. Transaction got successful and it is showing that transaction have approved but we have not received the amount in my bank account. I have been waiting since day before yesterday for the payment getting approved by you and send it to my bank account.
Please do solve me this problem as soon as possible. As i have other work with the monthly statement of the month july.
