• Transaction Date & Amount.
• Different description of goods/services(in details also mention term and condition)
• Cardholder signature
• Company/firm/Shop stamp
• Business registration Proof

Combined amount but total should not exceed total card swiping amount and it should describe all the goods/services.(In case of combined bill, if the bill amount is exceeding the swiping amount then you needs to mention on the bill as to how much amount was done through swiping and how much was cash/discount/any other mode of payment.)

Once the documents are received by our hold Team we will be checking and verifying the documents and thereafter payment will be released.
